Bestellung am 25.01.2025 ausgelöst, noch immer ist der Artikel nicht geliefert worden. Der Artikel war auch lieferbar. Zwar wurde mir auf Nachfrage auch die Sendungsnummer mitgeteilt, die steht aber auch seit 2 Tagen nur als Status offen in der Sendungsverfolgung und dann noch als Brief. Das kann bei dem bestellten Artikel aber nicht möglich sein.

Auf weitere Nachfragen wurde nicht mehr geantwortet.
Alles sehr negativ behaftet dieses Mal, hatte letztes Jahr schon bestellt, da war alles ruckzuck zu Hause mit richtiger Sendungsnummer usw....
Schade.....diese Erfahrung macht man nur einmal.

Ich habe meinen Wunschartikel, Zaopin Z2 4K Gaming-Maus, nur bei MaxGaming gefunden. Innerhalb von 3 Tagen war die Maus schon bei mir.

Contacted the seller after my ordered goods weren't delivered and tracking wasn't updated for 16 days (seller advertises 2-3 day delivery on their website). They acted like this is normal and took no further steps. After 30 days I set a deadline. Only then they cared to inform me there's a known problem with the delivery. As they didn't make any effort to meet the deadline, I—in accordance with the 2011/83/EU consumer rights directive—terminated my contract and respectfully asked for reimbursement of all sums paid.
Contrary to them claiming "rest assured that your case is a priority for us", instead of respecting my consumer rights and reimbursing me without undue delay, they didn't acknowledge my termination of the contract for eight (8) days. They answered to it (this is all in the same email correspondence) by telling me that my package is en route despite me explicitly asking them to recall it, then delivered it several days later against my will, then act like they don't understand what I'm talking about when I demonstrate my confusion as to why they delivered it instead of reimbursing me.

Now—after said eight days passed—they use their wrongful delivery to flip the responsibility upside down and announce that they will withhold my money until I fix their mistakes and send the package back. In the same email, they make confusing statements, like first indicating they might reimburse shipping fees, and then explicitly saying that (in conflict with the EU consumer rights directive) the full refund would be "excluding shipping fees" and is reliant on things outside of my control, like the product in the unopened package being in perfect condition.

Needless to say that this all feels like a nefarious attempt to coerce me back into the contract by holding my money hostage and making the whole situation extra bothersome and questionable to me in order to save a minuscule amount in shipping and recall fees. They don't even supply a label-free return code, instead requiring me to find a person somewhere who still owns a printer. After all of this, I have absolutely zero trust that they will (or even plan to) reimburse the full amount if or when I send the items back.

I feel obligated to note here that it is obviously not the fault of MaxGaming when a delivery company messes up. However, it is still their responsibility to ensure delivery in a timely manner, because the customer doesn't have a contract with the delivery company. They could have started their inquiry when I first mentioned the package was stuck, they didn't care to. Then they could have easily fixed this and delivered within the deadline by recalling the package and sending a new one, but they didn't care to. And then they could have just respected my termination of contract, recall the package, and reimburse me, but they didn't care to.

MaxGaming ist ein Shop für wirkliche Gaming Enthusiasten. Sei es die neuste Gaming Maus oder eine sehr spezielle Tastatur, sie haben wirklich eine sehr diverse Auswahl. Man muss nur etwas Geduld für die Lieferung mitbringen, da sie ihre Waren, so weit ich weiß, aus Schweden versenden. DHL sowie DPD brauchen von dort verständlicherweise etwas länger, um in andere europäische Länder zu versenden.

Für einen europäischen Shop wirklich gute Auswahl an Produkten im Custom Keyboard Bereich, schneller Versand nach Deutschland, dafür teilweise leicht erhöhte Preise. Passt aber. Ich würde wieder bei MaxGaming.gg kaufen.

Alles perfekt, ob Mitarbeiter, Sortiment oder alles andere. MaxGaming enttäuscht nie. Bei Fragen ist der Discord Server auch immer gefüllt mir netten Menschen die einem helfen. Hier werde ich in Zukunft noch ganz oft bestellen.

Artikel kommt nicht am gewünschten Datum und ist derzeit immer noch nicht geliefert worden! Am 02.01.25 bestellt und noch nicht geliefert, obwohl es gestern schon angekommen sein sollte.

Super cooler Service. Hatt falsches Land in Bestellung, Email in 2Sttd beantwortet, mit Vorschlag die Bestellung zu canceln und neu bestellen. Dazu komplett durch den Prozess geführt. Top ! Sendung noch am selben Tag.

Die Bestellung wurde schnell bearbeitet und verschickt und auch sehr schnell (innerhalb von zwei Tagen) an eine Adresse in Deutschland ausgeliefert. Letzteres hat zwar nichts direkt mit dem Shop zu tun, aber dennoch lief es einwandfrei und flott!
