Another good quality purchase from Maximo moto, the mesh gloves are amazing, really let the airflow through to your hands which is what’s needed during this current hot spell in the UK

definitely my brought numerous items from here and they are all 10/10, staff is even better and helpful. their gear helps in slides and crashes (speaking from experience) recommend for new riders and riders just looking for cheaper summer gear or winter! cheers

Having bought goods from maximoto in the past I thought that it would be simple to order a pair of boots from their sale, I purchased a pair of Bella Junior short leather boots for the sum of £49 + post, a bargain I thought, the boots where despatched and post office app confirmed, three days later post office app told me the parcel had been delivered.... I checked and there was no sign of the parcel, I contact maximoto to be informed that it had been returned to them as the label was damaged and post code was unledgable, confirmed my address and said they would resend the parcel that day...four days later I have to ask for the tracking number as no information from maximoto or contact...then informed that the boots are out of stock...and offered some none leather boots for an extra £10.
I decide to check the web site, to find the original boots I had paid for and had been despatched, are in fact available to order IN STOCK but are now £30 more expensive £79.. I inform maximoto and supply a screen shot, there response, " They are £30 dearer and you'll have to pay £15 extra " ...FOR A PAIR OF BOOTS I've ALREADY BOUGHT AND PAID FOR,HAVE BEEN DESPATCHED, RETURNED THROUGH NO FAULT OF MINE. I have the full email thread saved. This is the WORST customer service I've ever had from any company in my 61yrs on the planet, and I've delt with Scottish Power!!
I paid the £15 boots arrived this morning... They are great,.
I would like to know what the commercial manager of maximoto sl thinks about charging extra to a customer for a pair of boots that he has already paid for and should have already received..???

Ordered a pair of boots and gloves. Boots weren't in stock so they were exchanged for a different color that were £20 less in the web page and they still charged me the full price AFTER asking them if they were the same price and have a confirmation from the sales team. Gloves were a different color and size from what I ordered. Beyond a joke!

Brought full set of leathers for my son’s 21st birthday. However to small cost me £22 to return. Royal Mail have said item has been delivered. You’re saying it’s not even after sending proof 3 times. I want my refund will not order again

Quality of the products we're wrong colours and wrong size but it fit enough to use considering I needed something quickly from them.
Boots were not of a great quality as the pull tabs at the back broke off pretty much instantly. Ordered the black hoodie and ended up with green. Jeans were solid though can't fault them.
Previous order from beginning of the year was a pair of race boots and the zip broke on the first use and bits started falling off.
Again, if you need some gear quickly and cheaply by all means use them. I still use the all the gear cause I needed it there and then but just be prepared you get what you pay for

What can I say this company for me is a 10/10 company they answer emails straight away and are very helpful in doing so I had several items from them with are all of good quality but unfortunately my parents jeans were to big so contacted them and said I have returned them for exchange for smaller size and even before they had received the exchange item they have prepared shipping the smaller size from their Spanish company I 100% would have no problem or would advise any other person to use this company it very hard these day to find companies with this excellent service

I’ve just received my Bela Watson jacket and trousers ,and I have to say the quality is second to none. The fit is superb just like the quality I only wish that I had bought this brand earlier, and at a fantastic price as well

The Zip came off my Bela leathers so contacted maxi Moto and they swapped them out immediately without having to wait for the faulty ones to be received first! they were incredibly helpful as I ordered some other items at the same time, the customer service was fantastic will definitely be ordering again soon

Update:
Problem fixed. The team replied very fast and worked with me to solve everything right away. It is clear that they really care about their customers and their reputation. They didn't just ignore the problem or hope it would go away, they stayed with me until the result was perfect. It's great to find a business that stands by its work and makes sure the customer is fully satisfied.

I strongly advise staying away from MaximoMoto. I placed an order for a motorcycle accessory to be delivered within the UK. Shortly after, I was contacted via WhatsApp by their support claiming the item was "unavailable" at their UK store but "available" in their Spanish warehouse.
Despite the original purchase terms, they demanded an additional £15 shipping fee to send the item from Spain. When I provided an alternative delivery address within the EU (Lithuania) to simplify the process and avoid any customs issues, the support agent continued to provide blatantly false information, claiming there would be "customs charges" between Spain and Lithuania.
Lithuania is an EU member state, and there are NO customs duties for goods moving between Spain and Lithuania. When I corrected them, they simply refused to ship, citing "higher costs" and demanded an address in Spain or Portugal instead. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: listing items as UK stock, then demanding more money after the purchase. Totally unprofessional. I cancelled my order and was waiting for a refund.

Item returned due to wrong size however, despite evidence of delivery, company has failed to respond to a refund / replacement request. Zero customer service. Company does not respond via any of its advertised contact methods.

Purchased boots which didn't fit. Returned first class tracked for a refund. Item arrived at Maximoto 28th November 2025 and despite two emails with photo evidence, I am still waiting for that refund 21st February 2026!

I have purchased several jackets and pairs of boots from Maximo Moto UK. Quality is generally very good.
The one thing that does need looking at is the quality of Zip fasteners that are used on some jackets

The jeans were great but the protection pads were really filthy. I emailed you and this was a me problem not a you problem. I’m sure if I posted this on social media people would be amazed at your response was fo me to wash them.
