Got the pair I wanted rocked up to the till,the lad says sorry these are priced wrong but as its our fault I will give them you at a reduced price. So left the shop one Happy customer. Will only buy from them as I have been looked after on all occasions, great value stuff great staff 👍

I've been reminded multiple times to leave a revised review. So here it is.
1st time customer, and last time customer.
All of my purchases are online. I want to have faith and trust with who I'm buying from.
The order was incorrect in every single way possible. Colour, size, style.
Then had to prove the issue before a return was issued.
A review was left before receiving an apology, the first response i got was prove it, send us photos. I spent more time proving the mistake than the seller did packing it, and ensuring a good service.
A simple acceptance and rectify would have been good customer service. ( prove our mistake before you can return it. )
Then to be asked to remove my review or edit, as this affects buisiness.?
Customer service affects buisiness, good and bad.

I ordered Size:L jacket and they sent to me twice of wrong size, first size they sent to me was size:XXL and second time was size:XL, I've been waiting for long time to fix this issues, it is verry incovinienced to wait and sent it back twice to them via post.

Really easy company to deal with I made a mistake with my sizing and the sorted this out for me straight away

Great price & great service but the boots i ordered are like bullet proof storm trooper boots, great on the bike but almost impossible to walk in

While waiting for a reply to my return request i thought I'd share my 1st time customer experience. Ordered gloves for the summer in a nice short grey and black style.
I get sent thermal 4x bigger just in black.
Wrong type, wrong size wrong colour i don't how they got the glove part correct.... but like I said while I'm being left to wait for a reply to say to return this absolute ball up "I'll have to pay return posrage" as their policy states.

Not impressed by the service so far

I will not use this store again they sold me a jacket without the back armour and then when I pointed this out they they said it doesn't come with one now in the description of the bella night hawk it clearly says it comes with CE certified protectors at the elbows shoulders along with a sturdy back protector providing superior safety for riders I have spoken to multiple motorbike stores to see what they would have done all of them would have replaced the jacket once returned this store offered me 5% of my next order prioritising money over there customers safety please find a more reputable company to buy your safety gear from be safe. After talking to the company again this morning they have offered to send out a back protector but only if I pay postage and give them a good review I can't lie this company is getting worse the more I talk to them!. I can't recommend enough to find another company and save yourself the hassle

Arrived on time well packed 2xgloves men gloves good quality and comfortable I picked xl good fit.
Women gloves not as good quality as the mens but still decent.

Loves the materials, sizing is alittle bit off. If your small female, definitely go for a Large jacket.

Initial confirmation of purchase was slow but all in all a great buying experience

Bought the latest 2 items from Maximo moto online and due to a sizing issue agreed to return them to the store in person. Kasim was very helpful in finding me a much better fit on both items and even threw in an upgraded back protector on one of the jackets.
I can't fault their service,communication or the quality of their products. I've been riding motorcycles for over 40 years and the kit available at Maximo Moto stands up to comparison with much more expensive manufacturers gear.
