Sold my Trek mountain bike to Jake as not using as much as I expected. Answered my initial approach quickly. Agreed a fair and realistic price in a challenging used market. Came and collected when he said he would. Nice bloke, obviously knowledgeable and honest. Would recommend.

I wanted to get into mountain biking with my son this summer as a way to get back in shape. I didn't really know much about bikes or what size to get; however, Jacob was very helpful and gave some brilliant suggestions. The bikes fit both me and my son perfectly.

Jake from MCR bikes was easy to work with when selling my used Canyon, was fair with the offer and it was good to meet the guy as you can tell he’s a genuine kid, all the best

Great company! Service was spot on. Had a few questions at first regarding delivery etc but had speedy responses from the team and went ahead and ordered. Super pleased with the bike for my son. He loves it. Thanks Guys, Will definitely be returning in the future.

I ordered a kickstand they said fitted my bike in the kickstand description.
The one delivered then did not fit so i contacted support 5 days ago and still no responce!

Update 17/9/24
After an explination from Jake at McrBikes, the issue was eventually resolved, it did take a couple of weeks so not ideal.
The kickstand did come direct from Cube in the Netherlands so it is possible the original problem was them sending the wrong item.

Haven’t recieved goods yet, when I ordered it said goods in stock 2 days later recieved email saying item was having to be ordered in from cube and will be 3 weeks

True professional , went completely out of his way to collect my bike , absolutely true to his word , a proper gent and I would highly recommend Mcrbikes are your first port of call for any of your cycling needs

I was waiting for a few days to get it packed and shipped, but once done, it arrived very quickly. I was in touch with Jake, and he was very friendly while answering all my questions. Now I can enjoy my beautiful new bike.

Sold a new high end cycle to Jake, transaction was very smooth, very easy young man to deal with. Very fair and knowledgeable in the cycle business. He deserves to do well, would recommend without hesitation.

I made my initial enquiry for a new bike by email, this provoked an immediate response by phone from Jake who after asking what type of cycling I would be doing went through lots of possibilities, (he advised on the pros and cons of each) and I was able to make what I think was a good decision based on his advice. Payment was simple, and delivery was as promised.
A concern that I did have was what if I don't like it, but that was not a problem as I could return it free of charge if there was a problem.

Top man - honest and transparent communication and know that selling the bike to MCR will mean someone else gets to enjoy it and give it a second life. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 🤙🏻

I was selling my bike. As soon I sent off the form MCR bikes contacted me the same day made an offer and made arrangements to pick it up no hassle!

We offered our unused new bike for sale and Jake offered a price, which we agreed. Jake then sent us an email that he would collect the bike the following day, I accepted this and then never heard from him again. I sent several chasing emails and eventually received a reply today, three weeks later, saying that he was not interested in the bike. Be very careful of this company they think nothing of wasting your time and appear to have no morals whatsoever.
