MCR were not only 10-20% cheaper than other retailers, but my two-year old’s bike arrived in just three days even in the week before Xmas! Jake also responded promptly to emails. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered my Santa Cruz on a Saturday, it appeared on Insta the following Wednesday and it arrived on the Friday. Great customer service from start to finish from MCR bikes.
I spoke with Jake on the phone about several bikes I was interested in, and he helped me narrow it down. Eventually I went for a Cube Stereo Action Team! The bike arrived a few days after purchasing and has been fantastic ever since.
I had a slight issue with the gears after a few rides (usual bedding in), but MCR bikes quickly got that resolved.
