Mattress genie is not effective on king size mattress.
As previously stated I bought a mattress genie thinking it would work to elevate mattress. This gadget is very badly designed. It makes sleeping impossible as every time one moves the opposite side rises. The wedge does not inflate uniformly either. It has not improved symptoms of reflux. Would not recommend at all. Total waste of money. I expect some kind of refund is in order.

Excellent service.
I ordered a stoma hernia belt. Delivery was excellent.
Unfortunately the belt I ordered was unsuitable. It is a difficult item to measure for a correct size.
I returned it and was fully reimbursed almost immediately.

It worked for the first 2 days and then…
It worked for the first 2 days and then stopped working. Customer service very slow - they just sent me a replacement lid after 2 weeks and it still didn't work. Lost all this ground of using ice on an ACL/meniscus surgery. Very frustrating for £173.

Hernia Support Belt is fantastic.
I bought a hernia support belt for the first time and it has been transformative. It's well made and works exactly as it should. I wear it all day without discomfort. And a bargain at the price too.

I was told when I placed my order it would arrive on time
I was told when I placed my order that delivery would take place between 3 to 5 days. This suited me because I was going on holiday 8 days after I placed my order. Unfortunately, you chose to send the order via Royal Mail. Although I was told my order would arrive 3 days before I left to go on holiday to, which would have been fine, the delivery did not happen until I had already left the country. As I was in need of delivery before I went on holiday so that I could take the goods with me and be able to use them while there, the fact that they were delivered 3 days later than stated meant I could not enjoy the vacation nor the cruise. The result being, I will never use your company nor your very poor delivery agent, Royal Mail again.
