I purchased this product after suffering from severe neck pain intermittently over one month. Unfortunately before I had the opportunity to use, miraculously the neck pain is gone. However I tried this product once delivered in two days after ordering and I found it to be very comfortable. Now, I know what to do when I get the neck pain again. The equipment was promptly provided. I was a bit concerned that it said inside that it was not a medical device, rather contradicting your trading name. I have yet to see how well the syringe works in removing earwax as I have to use the drops for ten days first.
