I have made the transaction on Wednesday and I’m writing this on Saturday night but still there’s nothing even no confirmation or receipt of my purchase. I have tried to contact agents: no response. I’d like to contact with them and get my product.

[Order #24627] Trochę się naczekałam ale teraz już wiem, że realizacja zamówienia z Hiszpanii do Polski trwa około 3 tygodnie. W tym 4 dni czekałam na zaksięgowanie wpłaty, a potem 3 dni na wysłanie zamówienia. Otrzymałam link do śledzenia dostawy. Towar otrzymałam zgodnie z zamówieniem.

Неоднократно заказывала крем retirides, всегда всё приходило вовремя. Хотя нахожусь в Испании тут этот испанский крем найти не смогла. Так же при появлении хочу заказать некоторые лекарства. Если возникают проблемы менеджеры всегда предлагают варианты решения. В отличии от других сайтов проблем не было.

Mediplus services have deteriorated significantly in the last few months. Let order in September i didn't receive a dispatch email. I contacted and they said my order was dispatched that day so I asked for my tracking email. It didn't arrive - they lied on email. Then the website went on indefinite maintenance. Repeated emails confined they couldn't manage stock and had lied to costumers. I finally got my orders weeks too late.

Now they are price gouging utrogestan/seidigestan products by suddenly more than doubling the price of all these products. Go elsewhere as women and our health just suffers at the whim of these disgusting profiteers.

I made an order onthe 24th Sept and respective payment has been confirmed by mediplus.me. The site went on maintenance without any info on how to reach them. I didn't receive feedback from mediplus and had no way to get back to them. Although after 17 days I finally reveived my order. Medicare at that day reachout to me to confirm that the order has been received. I saw that the site went down another day, but now they have included inthe message an email to reach them. This is an improvement.

Ma 1e commande s'est bien passée. La 2e...j'attends...La personne que j'ai contactée au SAV a voulu une preuve du paiement et...jamais eu de réponse et mail toujours pas lu. Pas compliqué de vérifier sur les comptes sur la somme a été perçue ou pas. J'ai encore envoyé un mail aujourd'hui en espérant recevoir une réponse. J'espère pouvoir changer mon avis vu que la société lit les avis.
NB 1 : j'ai enfin reçu une réponse à mon mail. Suite au prochain épisode
NB2 : reçu ma commande au 1 octobre. J'ajoute une * car les produits sont là mais il a fallu mettre un avis pour que ça bouge.

this is a strange site,all glamour photos yet a poor grasp of english,every thing they claim to be on their site is straight away proven untrue,a request to log in but no option to even register an account,addresses not recognised,etc etc,very fishy,either a scam or very very lazy and badly run.

I buy some meds on this web. I send a email no one reply. So I directly ordered. Amazing, my meds arrived after a week. So this web is real and trustable.

Замовляла ліки в Польщу з Іспанії. Доставка зайняла 14 днів, поклали в поштову скриньку. Вцілому задоволена роботою компанії, але з комунікацією ще треба працювати.

Es la tercera vez que compro aquí, las dos primeras súper rápidas y cero problemas, pero la última ha sido tediosa.
Hice un pago el 26 de julio y a fecha de hoy (agosto 7) no he tenido novedades del envío.
Intento llamar a los números que aparecen en la pagina y ninguno parece estar activo, he escrito al WhatsApp y al email y no he tenido respuestas. Son 212€ de pedido en espera, si fuese esta mi primera vez creería que es una estafa

The full story is that I paid for the medication and then heard absolutely nothing from the seller for two weeks. Only after I contacted them did they tell me it was out of stock — even though it was listed as available when I ordered. This delay ruined my plans, as I urgently needed it for my mother and had a fixed date to take it abroad. The refund also took nearly two weeks. The total lack of communication and care was unacceptable and caused far more harm than just the loss of money.

Order #21392 July 11, 2025 for 101.36€ has been paid.
It is 25 of July, just nothing.
I have tried to reach via WhatsUp from the site 24 of July and received an answer:

"Hello,
Yes, we have received your order and payment.
We apologize for the delay in shipping.
The fact is that we currently have a lot of orders for Nucleo in injections and the supplier does not have time to deliver the required amount of goods.
Your order should be shipped tomorrow.
Once again, we are extremely sorry for keeping you waiting."

Next day, which is today I tried to get the update, but no response from any channels yet.

I think it is SCAM.

I have been a regular customer since 2023 and I can guarantee this company is legit. I always receive a shipping confirmation and tracking info, and delays after that are not their fault. Whenever I have contacted customer service, I have always received a reply, even it it can take a few days. And, when something has occasionally gone wrong, they have refunded the money and offered me a discount on my next order. Reliable suppliers are getting increasingly hard to find, so I am very happy I found this company. Please be patient and contact customer service if you have questions or complaints. My experience is that they will get back to you and be fair. And all their products are genuine.

UPDATE ON OCTOBER 7, 2025: The website has now been down for maintenance for over a week. I am beginning to wonder if they have gone out of business. I emailed them using my old contact info, but no reply so far. If the website still says maintenance in a week, I will start looking for alternatives.

UPDATE on November 27, 2025: I got an email from them a few weeks ago, informing me that they were back in business, but all products are still out of stock. My most recent message has not received a reply so far. So it seems obvious that they are not back in business and definitely not operational.

Fake! Ärzte existieren nicht. Telefonnummer ist gefälscht. Adresse vom Arzt steht nicht auf dem AU. Finger weg!

I ordered medication for myself and at first I was skeptic but I can confirm that this company is NOT a scam. My order was delayed by a couple of days but that was not the company’s fault. I’m very satisfied and will be returning in the future!

Happy wih the purchase, arrived as described. International post service could be better as they do not clearly update order status and there is no one to call, but I have this experience with most international orders, so not related to Mediplus.
