Last week i did an order with this company and everything went super Well, in one week it was at my place (Amsterdam) from Spain. I did an order again and unfortunately the package it’s still not at the UPS point, I am also not getting in touch with them. I hope they will help me asap.

Unfortunately after waiting some 2 weeks for my order to be shipped by UPS from Spain to The Netherlands, my parcel appeared lost at UPS I learned from Mediplus (via the order assistance email address, I could not find a service telephone number). It took some days for them to find this out from UPS, but when they did they offered me a refund or reship of my order. I chose the latter and finally after some 4 weeks I received my order. Although this process took some time, very happy with the service offered!

I ordered a medication from the medi-plus and I have been waiting for almost one month although I paid for a UPS service. I sent them an email asking for a refund but did not receive any response. I think that this is a scam company and would not recommend to anyone to purchase from them!

Product arrived after (too) long wait and negative review (which I now change to update with current status).
Website difficult to use, had to get separate link. Made me worry if this was a legit site. Communication very slow but appropriate answers in the end. And after all I also received the product. And I received a refund for the shipping due to long delivery. So, it works. But long wait and quite some worries before it arrived.

A complete scam. This company has clearly either changed ownership or is in dire straits hence outright scamming of customers. I placed an order but have not received any response- confirmation, shipping information, nothing. I have sent multiple messages with no reply. I called the number repeatedly- a French number though the website address is Spanish.
Order from them if you want to be scammed. Absolutely shameless & criminal behaviour. Avoid.
**Edited on 10th March 2025- the company finally responded to my messages a few days ago, after I had posted my review. They apologised for the delay in responding, sending order confirmation, shipping information and so on. They finally sent me tracking information & politely asked me if I could amend this review. Well, due to the overall experience I decided to wait until I have actually received the product before making any changes. Today I finally received my order; it looks legit & I am very relieved. Poor customer service is an unpleasant situation for the customer who is left feeling disrespected, unsupported & possibly out of pocket. Not to mention the stress of having to initiate a charge back or raise a complaint if the item was not received. So though I am amending this review, the experience I had means that I cannot recommend this vendor & will not use them again. It was not at all the ideal customer experience.

Edit: Alex was very helpful and I finally recieved my medication after a very long wait. Hopefully this won't happen again as I have only had good experiences with them in the past.

Really not happy with this company at all! I started ordering my medication from them and it all went very smoothly then in mid December I made an order for another lot of medication. Firstly they refused to speak to me any further after saying that they didn't recieve my payment, then finally at the end of December they said they did and that they'd send my order through. I've been waiting, waiting, waiting. Today is the 19th February and I still haven't received my medication!! This has been over two months now that I've been waiting. They never used to be like this so I don't know what's happened. I'm very disappointed!

nothing for reply . I think is scam company. They suggest paying via a link that is in no way connected to your order. Clearly something is very fishy.

Excellent service and system. I needed some medication that can’t be bought in my home country without nuisance and great expense (Australia). I’m travelling in Dublin now and found Mediplus online - ordered, paid, took a week for a well packaged parcel to arrive from Spain to Ireland. Payment went through no problem. Very happy. I contacted Michael just to double check how long it might take to get here - very reassuring customer service. Tracking from the Correos postal system in Spain worked perfectly. Would not hesitate to shop with them again. A+ service!

We ordered morning sickness medicine on 1/3/24, with 14 days delivery. Now 25/3/24 still not delivered. I had tried to cancel the order and regret ordering from this company.
As an update, I received a full refund, so thank Mediplus and have amended my rating.

I ordered from the company and at first the package was supposed to be delivered, but something was wrong with the address so they had to send it back. Then I contacted them to update the address and after a quite long wait they sent it to the correct one. Due to the trouble and long waiting time they refunded me and sent the package for free, which was a nice gesture. All good in the end, and I am happy.

I made two orders within 2 weeks from the Netherlands. The first went flawless and the order arrived within 5 days.
The second order took a little longer. There was a delay.
But Alex, from the costumer service , kept me posted and took care of it, so in the end I received it well. Alex, thank you so much for your patience with me and answering me every time politely! Untill the next order!

Bought "Salofalk", granules, that have disappeared in Russia after geopolitical problems. They shipped it in 1 week. There were some problems with Russian Post, but I've finally got this original meds. Thanks a lot for delivery

Nunca tiendo a dejar reseñas pero en este caso quiero hacerlo. Estaba un poco desconfiada debido a que he sido estafada antes en otras paginas. Pero en este caso todo ha ido genial, mis medicamentos llegaron super rapido y sin problemas! Volveré a comprar sin dudas aqui

Shady business. On the site it is stated that it is pay pal verified and accepts payments via pay pal ,also ships with dhl and other express couriers. In reality it suggests you to pay via strange link, which is not associated with your order, you simply put there necessary sum and details of your card, which I find dubious also company representative Michael wrote to me that they accept only payment by credit cards and there is no express shipping. Also there are no addresses of pharmacies from where you actually getting medications. I sent printscreen from their own website about pay pal and their own privacy terms and shipping but did not get response. As a physician who buys from various pharmacies all over the Europe, I find it very strange and I do not recommend this web site.
