I have been doing business with Med Supply Solutions for over 10 years. Their customer service has been great and they have always been an understanding of my needs. The speed at which the products arrive is also great. I would not think of ordering from anybody else.

I placed an order 8/17/22
I placed an order 8/17/22. Followed tracking to california, where it stayed for 2 weeks. After 10 days I requested a replacement and was told one would be sent immediately. After 5 days I hadn't received tracking. It took multiple calls, texts and an email and two days before I received a response. I was given tracking which indicated it had only been shipped that day. So I followed tracking and it was delivered to an address in California, however I live in Wyoming. I have been calling, texting, emailing for 3 days with no response. I have lost clients over this.
** update: Still waiting for a replacement. Emmi called me two days ago and acknowledged that it was mistakenly sent to California instead of my address in Wyoming. She said “I’ll call you right back.”
That was two days ago. Looking for an update over a month after my order.

Unfortunately, there was a delayed ship out due to an unexpected high volume of orders and the warehouse were working on backlogs, but we are doing everything we can to ensure you experience no further complications.
Regarding the delay of delivery, once we hand over the package to the courier, we won't have any control on the delays of the package, follow ups on the delivery should be done with the courier as they will be able to provide you specific information on the package location.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Easy to communicate with, with rapid responses. Had an issue recently where I requested no signature required, but it was still sent with a signature required. That caused a long delay in actually getting my package. I would have dinged 1/2 star for that, but rounding up to five stars because of a long standing positive experience with them.
