I asked tons of questions and always got a courteous prompt reply. Would do business with them without question. They are awesome to deal with….

This company is just a drop shipping company. Their customer service is abysmal. I gave them a fair chance to rectify the issue and they don't keep their word and ended up ghosting me. Only thing that keeps them communicating is putting out a poor review. They try to pay me money to remove my reviews which is unethical behaviour. Stay far away from this company.

A thumb brace received was uncomfortable. When contacted re: return they applied regulations rigidly to their benefit in refusing return.

I ordered the Trillium Evolution Walker for my 89 year old Uncle. Shipping was very fast and tracking was easy. The walker seems very sturdy and I’m sure he’ll get many years of good use. Ahmed & Ruki are awesome for customer service.

I was first promised a 2-3 day ship time. Lie. They have had my money for 8 days and no shipping bill created.
They refuse to answer the telephone. One email written with a non-apology apology and more promises.
I believe they are a scam company.

We purchased a Trillion Walker in May 2026. Recently (July 2026) my husband took a spill & somehow one of the arms of the device snapped in 2. We were distressed because he really needs the walker! I called Canadian Medical Store , spoke to Ahmed and that evening we got the ball rolling to receive a replacement, The next day we were told a new, free walker was being sent! And it arrived very quickly. They did ask us to package up the old walker & send it back at their expense. Just want to say I highly recommend this store, they couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient! Will definitely buy from them again in the future!

Ease of ordering and the quality of the product ordered. Very impressive packaging to keep the merchandise from being damaged. My only negative comment would be that I felt the instruction booklet was not as helpful as it could have been.

This store is happy to allow fraudulent orders to be placed and are not interested in resolving the situation.

There was a shipping issue with my order, but the customer service team was helpful and worked with me to resolve it. They promptly sent replacement items for the damaged products. Thank you to Ruki and the team for their assistance.

Purchased a Byacre rollator. The rollator (walker) is excellent, lightweight and so manoeuvrable for anyone, especially for a senior. The shipping and communications with Canadian Medical Store were excellent.

We were having trouble sourcing the Tena brand in the right size. Then I ordered- and then a subscription order- and it has made my life much easier. No running around looking. And it was easy to adjust my order when needed. Thank you.

Ordered a walker for my mom. Super easy to make an online purchase. Lots of products to choose from and they had the colour I wanted in stock! Would buy from them again.

1# Paid for 1-2 day shipping ,received my product 2 weeks later ! All they had to say is sorry for the inconvenience!
2# used regular shipping ,received my product in 2 different shipments,one package came 2 weeks after ordering it and the other came a week later after ! Again all they had to say is sorry for the inconvenience! I really wonder if anyone that's works there is even half competent to be walking around the streets ! I would give them 0 stars if I could ! Garbage company !

My order was on-time and exactly what I ordered. I had a question on my billing - since I had an incorrect amount on my bank statement. Canadian Medical answered my questions promptly - I have never had such fast service from a customer service department. And with their help found that it was an error from another vendor - did not involve Canadian Medical.
I would definitely order from this company again if a need arises. Thank you so much.

We had to order a wheelchair for our father that had a stroke and we needed in quickly and at a reasonable price. We decided to go with Candian Medical Store, despite being located in BC (with us in Ontario) but don't regret the decision. We had the wheelchair delivered within 24 hours of placing our order. Our experience couldn't have been easier.

I had the recent opportunity to interact with the owner of this business and I was very impressed with the professionalism and respect that I received. Products are excellent quality and prices were very reasonable and competitive. I will continue to place orders with this company.

I was not impressed that a large portion of my order was back ordered and I was not originally Emailed the shipping tracking information but Ruki immediately provided me with the information when I contacted Customer Service which I appreciated. I was not informed when the back order was shipped and it sat in the courier's depot for several days but Ruki was very helpful again in helping me finally get the shipment.
