Don’t ever use this absolute scum fraudulant company! Drove my new BMW M4 into a fence, snapped my front splitter and took paint off my bumper! The car was absolutely filthy and had over 50 miles added to the Speedo

Was stranded at Bristol airport at 01:30 with no reply to either phone despite numerous calls. A lone female traveller. Had to get an Uber home and back to the airport the next day to recover my car. Car was covered in mud and numerous miles added to the clock. Have asked for my money back .... won't hold my breath for this

Terrible!! Avoid!!
We waited an hour for them to pick the vehicle up despite calling 45 mins ( exactly) prior to our arrival, with 2 small children. Rude on arrival . Extra waiting time incurred higher barrier fee of £25.
On return , the vehicle was parked and locked but the driver wasn't with the vehicle, he'd gone to collect someone else's car with our key, leaving us to wait yet again. Very unhelpful on the phone, no consideration for the inconvenience and the drivers on both occasions were the rudest people I've ever spoken to.
Pay a little more and get peace of mind , that's my plan for the future!

My car was moved to difficult places, it had done 35 miles on collection. They were very rude on the phone, when I arrived back he said I was late, which I wasn’t & demanded anther £20 before he would bring car back ,I told him I didn’t have a card & would pay driver. Lots of people stood waiting for cars ,they had to men delivering them back,then they would run jump in a running mini to be taken to get 2 more cars. Never seen anything like it before so unprofessional!

Car was absolutely filthy when it weas returned, I had clothing in the book which had thrown out of the suitcase and someone had been through it. AWFUL

Awful… left my car locked but with all windows down when I arrived to collect no sign of the driver. Drivers could barely communicate in English when they did turn up. Lots of unexplainable mileage on my car and belongings moved around. Beware £10.50 drop off and pickup charge to get in and out of short stay on top of what this awful company provide.
Dreadful waste of money and complaints compartment useless.

Firstly, upon arrival we had to drive down a road that was unfit for cars. Once I parked up, I was told to hand over my keys (which I didn't like as it was then assumed that they would be driving my car).

On top of this, we were then hit with a £17 charge for the airport drop off, although the email said it was a £7 per way charge (last time I checked 7+7 was 14), but even then, each individual was charged this despite the fact that we were all bundled into the same van, which seems extortionate!

Once in the vehicle I noticed that the seat belts were shredded to the point of being unsafe for journeys and consequently would not to pass an MOT. A young toddler was unable to buckle in on the journey back! The driver also drove the vehicle like he stole it (accelerating over speed bumps and overtaking dangerously).

Upon picking up the car, it had obviously moved and had additional miles that could not be accounted for. I assume that they had been joy riding my car from the fact that every foot well was caked in mud, meaning they had multiple people in the vehicle and the fuel gauge was considerably lower. In no circumstance is that necessary or acceptable.

I wouldn't ever use this company again as this behaviour is disgraceful!

My car was returned with a huge crack running up the windscreen. Car dropped off and the driver literally got out and ran away!
I have been ringing over a period of weeks and the staff are so rude and hang up each time all emails ignored also.

The most stressful experience ever.
I paid for 'Meet and greet' but there was no one there.
I called 45 minutes before as instructed.
Called when I arrived they said 5 minutes. I called again they said another 5 minutes. 3rd call it rang for ages then they answered but still no driver. My wife also called and in total nearly 20 calls were made. Left on hold for 15 minutes. Then line cuts off. Looks like a very unprofessional setup. The response to questions usually ended with silence.
I almost missed my flight. After over an hour of this I moved my car and paid for airport parking. Still no call from these people.
I'm trying to get a refund now that looks unlikely as they gave me an address for Stansted airport!

Had terrible service from Budget Meet & Greet. Despite booking them for s 10.30 meet, and ringing 40 minutes before that time to confirm arrival time and Watford it was fine, we were kept waiting nearly an hour. We we neatly missed our check in and were charged £40 on car parking fees.
It was the same on the way back, booked for 8pm, they turned up 9 pm.

I would strongly advise against using their meet-and-greet service at Bristol Airport. There are serious concerns regarding the handling of customers’ vehicles, including allegations of dashcams being removed and valuable items going missing. Furthermore, attempts to contact the company’s management for a resolution reportedly received no response.

Dropped mine and my disabled sisters car off there was a group of them , asked for id didn’t show any only showed confirmation of the email, had to trust them as we needed to go and catch our flight
My sister told them do not mess with the steering column as she has hand controls on her car,
When we picked our cars up 5 days later my sisters hand steering wheel was moved and messed around with, we explicitly told them not to as it could snap, cars were full of mud from top to bottom,
My dash cam was unplugged and footage was all deleted from 12 months ago, I have a engine light come on my dashboard
My exhaust is rattling shaking and misfiring a
My tyre sensor malfunction dash light keeps coming up
They didn’t look professional at all, barley spoke any English, will not ever book with these again, I would advise nobody to either!

I do not recommend using this service for Bristol airport parking. Upon returning they made us wait 1.5 hours to be then picked up and driven to a farm 20 mins away. The car also had no fuel left. Multiple pairs of gloves under seat and on back seat. The passenger seat was completely flat like someone had been sleeping and also the dash camera was messed about with

GLD1 TRADING LTD situated behind a farm really bizzare set up i wouldn't want people keep pulling on my drive at all hours the road to the farm is horrific really bumpy road that could damage your car. Transfer time as stated says 8 mins it was actually 25 mins which we was pushing it to get to bag drop off. They say there is a levy of £7.00 each way which apparently adds up to £17.00 but im sure when i was at school 7 + 7 =14. We have a tracker on our car and can see when people move it and where to our car was moved 5 times in one day dont know why. The car itself on the outside was full of mud but when we dropped it off the ground was all dry. Will never use again find a better more reputable company and pay the extra.

Useless. It’s been over an hour for my car to be delivered and I’m still waiting here for it. After chasing for an update they said it’ll be there in 5 more minutes, I then waited another twenty. I called them again and they immediately put me on hold for over 5 mins. After calling them again to find out where my car was the guy responded with “oh my god” and hung up. These guys are an absolute disgrace. Would rather pay double the money to use the multi story car park at the airport than use these idiots again.

Waited over an hour. Car has 200 miles added to it. Filthy inside empty red bull cans and dirty tissues. Muddy footwell and the car looks like it has been dragged through piles of fields of mud. The car was cleaned on the day we dropped it off to them and it has to be cleaned again it is absolutely disgusting. Never ever use these guys - steer clear of them they have used the vehicle while we been away. We don’t even drink red bull !!!!!

This was a terrible experience!!
I rang them at 4:26pm to let them know I had arrived, I got to the car park and a guy told me there had been a mix up and my car would arrive 20-25 minutes later.
I rang at 5:42 to ask where my car was and a guy kind of shouted something that I couldn’t understand and put the phone down on me. I rang back and a female answered the phone, I asked where my car was as it’s been way over an hour now and she said she would check with the driver and call back.. she did not call back. I rang again and she said it would be 2 minutes, It was another 10 minutes.
I asked for a complaints email address and she gave me a fake email for Stansted airport (I was in Bristol)!!
My car finally arrived, with far less charge in it than I’d handed it over with, it was filthy outside with mud splattered all up the sides and wheel arches like they had been off road. There was a coffee stained paper towel scrunched up and left in the car.
The drivers are all very sketchy and completely lie to your face.
No one tells you that they take your car over 30 mins away from the airport near to Weston-super-mare, is it even a secure car park? Are they driving your car around whilst you’re away?
An elderly couple had the same problem but different excuses and a family with young kids experienced a long wait and a filthy car on return, they had booked through a different company but it’s all the same people picking up and dropping off the cars, it’s a complete scam!!
Plus you have to pay £8.50 to get your car in and out of the drop off car park so it’s an extra £17 fee.
This is far from convenient, I had to wait 1.5 hours to get my car back in a poor state and with low charge.
That time was the difference between me seeing my kids before bed after being away for several days.
Please do not give these people your money, they are rude and incompetent.

Absolutely shocking. Do not use!

Rang as requested 10 mins before arrival. No answer just a recorded sets of instructions different to those provided on the website.
Hen we arrived at the airport, no-one there who knew what to do.
Passed a m mobile phone to talk to an unknown person who said no-one was available to deal with us and issue a receipt.
We had to just leave our keys with a guy who had no idea and with no receipt.
On arriving back to the UK we were asked for our receipt!
Not worth the money this costs - unreliable and insecure

If I could give this no stars I would. My husband booked the meet and greet for his trip from Bristol airport from Thursday to Sunday, this past weekend. The drop off was ok and they checked the car and took the car away. However when they returned the car they just dropped the keys off and left without saying anything and didn’t complete any checks. Once my husband got in the car he noticed a strong smell, which he had to open his windows to clear it as it was extremely strong. The passenger seat has been moved and there is muddy footprints in the back seat footwell and a muddy footprint on the internal door of the passenger side like someone has opened the door with their foot. These issues are absolutely something that was not done by us as my husband has OCD and is very particular about his car, so it is spotless all the time on the inside. Once he started driving he noticed that there was 100miles more on his mileage than when he left the car a and lot less fuel, this is something he has to track for work so he made a note of it before he got out the car. So we are certain they used the car without our permission during its time in their possession. We have messaged them to complain and had no response. We are requesting data from the police for ANPR to see if it was triggered in any cameras but our advice to anyone looking to book them is JUST DON’T, it’s not worth the risk to your car.
