Every time I’ve had an issue, customer service handles it quickly and professionally. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have recommended meh.com to many people. I also love the sarcasm…and margaritas! 🤣

Caitlin was great. The self-service site said it could take up to 4 working days, but I received a response less than 24 hours from submission. I was happy with the response and the resolution. Meh has excellent customer service!

I had three packages go missing, as in not delivered by USPS even though USPS claimed they had been delivered to my porch. And no, we don't get porch pirates coming down our very scary drive that makes you hear banjo music and the whispered words "y'all shore have purdy lips..." Meh came to the rescue and sent us a new package. Awesome. Love this site. Glad I subscribed.

Purchased a smart lock that, after troubleshooting, still did not work. Contacted Meh about the problem. Caitlin from Meh promptly contacted me and refunded my purchase price. I have to admit I was a bit leery as to the service I would receive and I was pleasantly surprised with a prompt refund.

Well, the product I purchased from Meh.com was defective, so they sent me a replacement at no cost.
Unfortunately, the replacement had the same issue.

I reached out to Meh support a second time, half expecting to be out of luck, however Meh refunded me in full for my original order. I wasn’t even required to deal with any return shipping on the defective products, which is greatly appreciated as I don’t have my own vehicle at the moment.

While I wasn’t able to enjoy a great deal on a product I wanted in the end, I would still be open to doing business with Meh again in the future purely based off the strength of their outstanding Customer Support department. I got the privilege of working with Rene this time, who was able to process and respond to my support ticket and get back to me with a solution in what felt like minutes.

Thank you again Rene, and to Meh as well for showing some actual customer loyalty in 2025. That’s just good business.

I had a questionable charge coming from Meh.com. I thought someone had hacked my account. I emailed them and I got a response back explaining what the charge was. I had totally forgotten about it. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had an issue with part of my order and they resolved it immediately. Rene was a great help.

Angela helped me cancel an order and didn't even mention my litany of typos in my request.

Had problems with the items I ordered and asked for a refund, Jackie helped me out and issued a refund surprisingly quick. Have been ordering from them for many years and will continue giving them my business.

My recent purchase of a fan was missing the remote control. Jackie responded to my email and after we were both sure the remote wasn't hiding in the packaging (which could happen), she sent a replacement fan to me. Great service and I really appreciate the hassle free experience. I love Meh and will continue to purchase things that I probably don't need (haha) but want anyway. Thanks, Jackie!

Had an issue with my SkullCandy wireless ear buds. I contacted Meh, and they immediately replaced them, without question. Jackie handled my request quickly and very professionally. This is the first item I’ve ever had an issue with from them. Most definitely will buy more items from them in the future.

I didn't receive all of my order so sent a message to Meh. Caitlin quickly responded and shipped me a replacement. Easy!

I had an order that was delivered incorrectly and I submitted a ticket for assistance. Jackie promptly got back to me the next business day and got my order resolved and shipped out as soon as possible. It was very smooth and painless!

Whenever I've had issues that require customer service at meh. Com (and other mercatalyst sites: morningsave, sidedeal, etc.) their folks are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they address problems quickly, making any options super clear. Angela, who's helped me a couple of times at least (I buy lots of stuff from them) is the best!
