Angela helped me with an order that was damaged. Her responses were quick. She dealt with the problem and promptly arranged a refund.

They sell out dates.

You can buy the same items from many different retailers, so it's how those retailers handle problems that sets them apart. I had a problem with my order from meh which could have been drawn out, but instead of arguing about it, Sean (at meh) issued a refund and said have a good day. I appreciate that.

I was disappointed to have a charger die after one use. However, Jackie from Meh quickly and cheerfully refunded my money and it was all I could ask for! At least I got one free charge.

I received an order from Meh.com that was for two items. One of them was damaged. I sent a support ticket to Meh and once I told them what happened and show some pics, Jackie, the support person I got in touch with, refunded me for half of the amount of my order. She did it so fast I didn't even realize it had happened until about a month later when I when looking.

credit card charge amount inconsistent with order. denied as fraud by cc company, many fraudulent reports and inferior products on the web. site cannot be trusted

I was very happy to have a positive response back from Caitlin. I did not realize the product would be under mfg Warranty. I am going to follow Caitlin's advice and follow up with the mfg.

Longtime Meh user and after many fine purchases, one finally showed up DOA. Submitted notice of that using their form on the site, and Rene sorted me within the hour. You really can't ask for better service than that.

Only purchase from them if you love low quality products.

I made a duplicate order by mistake and didn't catch it in time to cancel it. Rene responded to my email immediately and took care of it.

Was very bummed to see there is no contact phone number for customer support. So I tried the email support with little hope for issue resolution. Tried to canceled an order hours after placing and could not do it.

Kudos to Chad staying on top of my case until I get my refund, responding immediately to all my concerns in the ticket.

Bought Probiotic dog chews. I never saw in the description that the expiration date on the package would be 01/2025. I never would have bought a chew with live probiotics that was expired. I received 300 treats on Jan 15th, 2025. I emailed and they told me that the date was in the description. They did refund my money.

Placed order in November. Order in tracking still states in Texas from November 18th. Still there today (Jan 14th) Contacted customer service who refused to help stating it’s on the way. Had to file dispute with credit card company. Will never order from this company again! Buyer Beware.

Customer Service is always top notch. No questions asked. They replace whatever you're having issues with. I really appreciate that they take such great care of their customers. I will keep coming back.

Meh completely dropped the ball on my most recent order by shipping me the wrong item. I contacted the company and asked that they ship me the correct item. They responded by crediting my credit card, telling me I could reorder (though the item doubled in price) and that I did not need to return the wrong item (which I didn't want or need), thus saving *them* return shipping costs.

I again requested that they address the issue, as I was not willing to pay more for the item that they failed to deliver. They again told me that I got a credit and could keep the unwanted item.

I finally asked that they give me a coupon code or other discount so I could order my item at the contract price, and they told me to sign up for promotional emails and wait for a sale.

It is complete nonsense that I should be responsible for their mistake.

EDIT: Meh reached out to me following my review and told me that the correct item was being shipped. I received the package today, and it contained another of the same incorrect item as the original shipment. Strike 2, Meh!

SECOND EDIT: Meh finally got it right! I received the correct item yesterday. I upgraded their rating and re-titled the review. I appreciate the fix, but still feel that the company did not take ownership of the problem as quickly as they should have.

I received my order and there was a problem with it. CJ was able to help get it straightened out.
