Kudo's to the company for offering a lot of wonderful items at very discounted prices. There's a lot of incentive to keep coming back.

I purchased 2 Vornado fans to use in the summer time in April- was close to the 90 day warranty I didn’t know I had through them. Actually 2 days passed. I sent an email about my issues, one not working at all, and the other screaming. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help. RUDER THAN RUDE. And that was it!! Do not purchase from this company. The customer service is NONEXISTENT!!

I had an issue with a tower fan received. My initial description was clear, and the only follow up request from the customer service rep, Jessica was a request for a picture of the issue. Within a very short time and without further questions or requests, she initiated an immediate replacement order, and did not require any return of the product or proof of destruction.

100% satisfied and pleasantly surprised with the fast feedback (support request was sent Saturday evening), heard back first thing Monday morning) and beyond streamlined replacement process.

I received an item that had a defect and contacted SideDeal for resolution. Jessica was assigned to my case and walked me through the verification process using easy to follow instructions. Once verified, my issue was resolved very quickly with a replacement item. It was quite peaceful and I really appreciate that SideDeal customer service took care of my issue so quickly and easily.

Item arrived broken. iHome had a really long, annoying diagnosis process despite an obvious problem. Then told me to get a refund/exchange from the retailer. The Mercatylst/Sidereal quickly agreed to send me a new vacuum.
