I orderd something and they don't deliverd it for me and i don't get my money back!!

Need more information to make a true response

I paid for a product online, but it has not been delivered. The order status indicated delivery within 12-14 days, but I have not received anything yet.

Nu au fost in stare sa-mi livreze un produs in mai mult de o luna. Spuneau ca timpul de livrare este 3-4 zile.
Dupa o luna si jumatate am anulat comanda si astept plata retur de mai mult de o saptamana. S-au folosit de suma destul de mare pentru 45 de zile,cu pretexte false si minciuni.

Nu onorează comenzile și nici nu returnează banii. Am stat cu banii blocați la ei 2 luni.
Am recuperat banii cu ajutorul banii.
Contestare tranzacție.

we canceled an order from 10.07.2024 and we did not receive our money (13.08.2024). Still waiting..do not place orders here if you do not want to be scammed.

This is a nightmare, never experienced anything similar. Most likely will sue them and press charges, over 40 days passed since I placed an order and canceled and they are not going to make the refund, they just ghost me everywhere when I try to get in touch.

This store is a scam. They do not have the products on stock and after they take your money they do not process refunds.

Am achizitionat un calorifer cu valoare mare sunand in prealabil sa vedem daca e in stoc si de ce alte accesorii mai e nevoie pentru el. Ni s-a confirmat ca e in stoc si ajunge in 6 zile. L-am ales fiindca aveam nevoie de el repede, si corespondea cu dimensiunile de care aveam nevoie. Dupa aceasta interactiune si cumpararea lui, nu am mai putut lua legatura cu ei telefonic si dupa o luna au sters contul de client (noroc ca am facut un screenshot dupa plasarea comenzii) astfel nu am mai avut vizibilitate asupra comenzii si statusul ei.

In 30 iulie am primit un e-mail automat cum ca a fost predat firmei de curierat, dar surpriza, coletul a fost returnat la ei. Dupa convorbirea cu firma de curierat, au spus ca ei nu transporta asa ceva, ambalajul fiind total deteriorat si ca l-au dus inapoi la expeditor.

In momentul de fata nu raspund la telefon sau e-mail pentru a procesa returul banilor. Zero interes si zero respect pt. timpul si banii clientului.

Acestea fiind spuse, nu recomand, lipsa de seriozitate, customer service rusinos si valori inexistente. Un mare exemplu de “asa NU”.

Incredible how many negative reviews there are about this site/company, and yet people are still being deceived by this merchant. Including me. I ordered a product worth 3000 Euros, the price being significantly lower than at any other merchant. It didn't even cross my mind to look for reviews about the site, considering their site is credible and, moreover, eMag lists them as a trusted partner. Two months later, I have neither the product nor any way to contact them. DO NOT ORDER. I hope the authorities can do something and shut them down. There was even a report about them on PROTV. Obviously, I found all this out too late. Once again, do not order from this merchant.

I guess you can easily see from reviews what's the problem. I've ordered an item they said it's on stock (1-3 days delivery), and now, after 1 month I still don't have it any week after week they say: "it will be delivered to you by the end of the week" which obviously comes and goes and my product for which I paid in full is not with me.

Very bad experience! About one month delay in delivery and zero flexibility on the return policy. To be avoided!

I bought an expensive product for my garden. They said they will deliver in 5 business days, afterwards they prolonged the period to 10-12 business days. After that period ended I contacted them to see the order status and ..surprise, they do not know when it will arrive. I asked them to cancel the payment, they deleted my account from their site in order not to have visibility on the order. One month has passed and I still did not receive my money back, do not order from them. I made a complaint at the authorities and I will sure go to the police in the next couple of days.

SCAM!!!

They "sell" products that they don't have. After that, they don't issue a fiscal invoice, they are not shipping any product. ZERO customer service, no email support.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. They don't care about the law. Once you paid, you've lost your money!

Am facut o comanda si trebuia sa ajunga in 6 zile. Nu a mai ajuns. Am incercat la telefon dar degeaba. pe mail au raspuns si au zis sa mai astept inca 8-9 zile. Cand am vrut sa anulez comanda nu au mai raspuns. NU RECOMAND.

A month already passed since I ordered and paid a 600€ item (pay at delivery is not supported). The estimated delivery time on site si 4 days. In the last weeks, they constanly lied that the order will arrive "next week".
It takes hours to try to contact them on phone. On email they respond with days delay or never.
Now, trying to check the order status I realized my account was deleted.
I may need to contact police to get my money back.

Attention scam!
I have ordered and paid for goods for over a month, which are supposedly in stock. After more than a month I have not received the goods, cannot reach anyone, not by phone and the emails remain unanswered!

Placed online order. Payed with card online.
Order was never delivered in 3 weeks time.
After I started to request my money back they deleted my customer account from their site.
Will definitely report this to authorities!

Fraudulent merchant.
Should be avoided.
