I ordered a camera lens from them because Google showed that they had the best price. I paid with a card, but after four days without the package being shipped, I started to have suspicions. I received a confirmation email with the order details and nothing else. I tried to contact them by phone, but no one answered: either the phone was off or I was put on a waiting list where I had to wait 40 minutes because all operators were busy. After someone finally answered, they immediately hung up. They do not respond to emails. I sent them a message requesting the cancellation of the order and a refund, but after that, they deleted my order, and I no longer have access to anything on their website. Fortunately, I took screenshots of everything and filed a complaint with Revolut bank. Now I am waiting for them to refund my money. Whether I get my money back or not, I will also file complaints with ANPC and the Police. Seeing how many negative reviews they have received in the last few months, I believe we should take action against them because they are thieves, and more people will mistakenly order from them since Google lists them as a "verified trusted business" and shows the positive 4-star reviews first, and on eMAG it says they are a trustworthy store.

Am comandat un produs in valoare de 3000 ron. A trecut o luna si nu am primit produsul.
Am scris de nenumarate ori pentru a solicita returul banilor, insa nici acum nu am primit nici banii nici produsul si a trecut o luna de la comanda.
Nu recomand acest magazin!

Dupa 3 saptamani produsul care era afisat pe site ca fiind in stoc si cu livrare in 6 zile, inca tot nu a ajuns, iar la statusul comenzii acesta inca apare ca fiind in depozitul comerciantului. Dupa contactarea celor de la Melarox acum o saptamana, mi-au zis ca va ajunge in urmatoarele zile, dar tot nimic....

Attention, this company it's not trustable. I've purchased an expensive item that at time of purchase had the information as having several units available in stock and that delivery was in 4 days. One entire month have past and Melarox provided information that will deliver week after week, with the excuse that they order the item from their vendor. As of today Melarox site they continue showing that have available items and that will deliver in 4 days, what is a complete lie.

Cel mai mizerabil magazin online cu care am lucrat, nu faceti greseala sa comandati nimic de la ei, zero customer support, vor plata doar online si apoi iti blocheaza banii. Am comandat un produs care aparea disponibil in stoc si scriau livrare in 6 zile, au trecut 22 de zile si imi dau aceleasi raspunsuri pe email, de fiecare data ca se livreaza saptamana viitoare.

I bought an expensive item for which i payed by online card. They did not deliver or contact me within two weeks. After two weeks i asked them to cancel the order and return the payment. One month later and i still haven't received my money back.

Am plătit o multifuncțională de1700 lei și nu am primit-nici după imediat(01.07.2024) o lună
În fiecare săptămână primesc invariabil același răspuns "săptămâna viitoare!"

THE WORST!!!! I have ordered a rug and on the day it was due to arrive they sent a very blunt unapologetic email stating they cannot honour the order WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID as the rug itself is not on offer anymore?!?!? How is that my problem or an actual issue?? I’ve called numerous times it’s always busy and through email they clearly don’t give a duck 0 customer service. If I won’t receive my money back asap I will report them to ANPC. Shame on you 0 stars

Paying 5€ for shipping just for my parcel to be shipped after 14 days is just the biggest scam ever. They said on their site that my order should be delivered in at least 6 days.

Aceasta scursura de om, pe numele sau din buletin, Marta Paul-Dorel, detinator al firmei MELA-ROX COM SRL, MARTINI LOGISTIC CENTER SRL si multe altele, mi-a stat in chirie, in apartamentul de doua camere, din complexul rezidential Loft Green Apartments Mogosoaia.

A plecat inainte de termen, fara sa anunte, cu datorii la intretinere in valoare de 2058.65 lei, un televizor Samsung cu diagonala de 214 cm, in valoare de 8.000 lei, o piele de vaca Koldby in valoare de 1.300 lei, doua fotolii din piele de capra, 2.400 lei, trei chei de la intrare si multe alte lucruri mici pe care nici nu le mai pun la socoteala. Asadar, o paguba de cel putin 13.800 lei.

Am fost dus de nas ca imi voi primi lucrurile inapoi prin curier, si datoria facturilor in contul bancar dar eu nici pana acum NU am primit NIMIC! Am fost blocat peste tot, pe toate numerele de telefon, whatsapp si instagram! Pagina lui de instagram este paul_martha91, unde puteti admira toti bolizii si viata sa de lux : Porsche 911 Carrera 4S, Mercedes S classe Maybach, Mercedes G63AMG, etc. casa de sute de mii de euro si vacante in Maldive, Alpi plus alte destinatii exotice ...

Detin toate informatiile despre el, contractul de inchiriere, buletinul, pasaportul, filmarile de pe camerele de supraveghere si martori care au asistat la acest furt calificat cu premeditare.

Eu urmeaza sa inaintez o plangere penala pe numele sau, daca pana la finalul saptamanii nu imi recuperez bunurile furate si datoria la intretinere !!! O sa fac publice si toate datele lui ca sa il puteti gasi si dvs. L-am informat si pe el si o fac si in mod public !!!

Astept sa ma suni pentru a-mi inapoia lucrurile furate, ordinarule!

Il 15 maggio ho comperato una lavatrice Samsung. Dopo circa una settimana ho spostato la consegna di circa 10 giorni perché dovevo andare in Italia. Al mio ritorno in Romania, il 30 maggio, ho fatto una mail dove li informavo che potevano consegnare. Mi hanno risposto e dopo pochi giorni mi hanno fatto un'altra mail col numero AWB e il nome del corriere, Sameday. Questa mattina mi hanno consegnato la lavatrice, nuova e imballata. L'unico neo è che la lavatrice ha il pannello piccolo, vicino al display, scritto in polacco.

Been waiting for more than 3 weeks for an order which was 'in stock'. I'll never buy from them again.

I have ordered a product described on their website like being in stock and there has been almost 3 weeks and the product is still not delivered. When contacted, they told me that they are sorry ;-( (which doesn't help at all). Liars - trying to sell their products promising things on stock that they don't exist.

I do not recommend even to my enemies! On the website it was written that the delivery is made in 5 days, but even after 17 days the order was not honored even though it was paid. I canceled the order because I was steamed on the phone, we deliver on Thursday or Friday at the latest and then in a week, after about 5 emails, notification, chat, I am now replying by email, again that they will surely deliver it by Tuesday at the latest 🤣which Tuesday? If you order, don't pay in advance, choose cash on delivery, at least that way you don't have to wait for your money to be returned and you don't lose anything

They send nonfunctioning products, don't answear to emails or phone, no refund....AVOID ANY ORDER TO THIS STORE. I am sorry that I didn't read the reviews before the order.

I ordered a product. I received a defective one. I asked what to do and received an answer in 4 days, that I can return it against the cost.

After I ordered it from emag melarox no longer sells it.

The same product costs 30-40% less elsewhere.

am comandat un produs...a venit dupa o saptamana distrus in colet....cand am reclamat produsul distrus m-au blocat....de evitat sunt tepari si hoti .....

Mare grija! Nu recomand deloc firma Melarox. Am așteptat 12 zile după o comanda plătită în avans. Nu am primit produsul, am sunat la ei și mi-au transmis ca a plecat din depozit, am cerut nr awb dar nimic, minciuna pe fata. Mi-au transmis ca trebuie sa aștept 14 zile sa primesc suma înapoi. Nici o problema, am sa fac sesizare la Anpc. Sa va fie rușine!
