We have used Melbros for years. Best builders merchants in the midlands.

Staff will go out their way to help you with whatever your needs wether it is materials, advice or other services they offer. Delivery of materials is very very good and very fast usually can get your materials out the next day sometimes the same day. i also find the prices here very competitive against other places too.

Good quality service as usual but this was somewhat spoiled by the delivery. Having ordered on Thursday we waited in all day on Friday. On Saturday morning I rang to enquire about delivery only to be told that the items ordered were not in stock. Communication needs to be improved.

Every time you visit Melbros you are involved in the friendly atmosphere both at the desk and outside in the yard, all staff can’t do enough, super friendly and will advise if you are not sure on products, pricing also is a bonus compared to other merchants.
