Melbros are always great. As a serious DIYer, I used to hate going to builders merchants. They’d always find a way to belittle you for not having been in the building trade for 87 years and they always overcharge unless you’ve agreed some special rates. Not Melbros - staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are usually on par or better than the big chains (and the quality of the goods is head and shoulders above the chains). Delivery is efficient and no hassle. Kudos to Neil - it’s always a pleasure when he does the delivery. Always friendly and happy to help carry large items to where you need

Very prompt order acknowledgement with delivery the next working day. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful and positioned the bags exactly where requested. He was also extremely careful around cars and other obstacles.
The gravel was as described and good value. Delivery charges are cheaper than the competition too, which was pleasant :)
