Absolutely nightmare company from start to finish. Such a shame because I usually buy their jewellery from TK Maxx and I love it. I decided to buy some items from their website. Painfully slow at dispatching the items, and now they are missing in the post.
I'm writing this review because I was disappointed with my latest interaction with this company. I've purchased their jewelry before and was invited to a blow out sale for the holidays. I selected a few items and even though the shipping was pricey, I decided that given the quality of products, I'd invest. Fast forward to delivery time and DHL contacts me almost daily to pay an extra $32 aside from the $54 in shipping I already paid to deliver the less than 2 lbs package. I contact meme London and DHL does to. They inform me they will not pay the delivery fee so I opt to have the package returned. I'm then informed they will not return any of the shipping. I am writing this review because if there had been full transparency to this shipping predicament, I would not have purchased anything at all.
Bought 3 1111 magic necklaces from TK Maxx, all have been great. My youngest lost hers so ordered another from the Meme London website. The chain came off the pendant and I emailed customer service. They contacted me the next day and offered to send a replacement, and that arrived withing a few days. We love our necklaces and the customer service was excellent, I won't hesitate to buy again from them 😃
Took ages to be delivered. Necklace looks quite naff in real life compared to online pic. No one from Meme has replied to any emails. Pretty tragic
Really bad quality.I bought from tk maxx as it was cheaper.I do not know if what they give to tk maxx are faulty but after a week it was awful.When i took it to tk maxx they told me is clearly that was in contact with water and they do not sell it as waterproof!!!
It was bought as a gift unfortunately.
Check the earnings that costs 120pounds and the bracelet 180 pounds.
