Das wichtigste hat nicht funktioniert
Eine tolle Idee dieses Memmo. Ich konnte einer Freundin damit eine große Freude bereiten. Herkules persönlich a.k.a. Kevin Sorbo grüßt zum Geburtstag.
Hat alles geklappt, Abwicklung war super.
Etwas schade war, dass ich für das längere Skript extra mehr Geld bezahlt habe, der Inhalt aber nahezu vom Darsteller ignoriert wurde. Trotzdem war das Video länger als geplant, was es dann wieder etwas ausgeglichen hat.
Vielleicht müsste man die Möglichkeit bieten, dass wenn ein Skript vom Darsteller ignoriert wird, man diese Zusatzgebühr zurückholen könnte.
Man zahlt ja extra dafür dass man Anweisungen geben kann.

Ohne zu übertreiben der mit Abstand beste Kundenservice seit langer Zeit mit dem ich zu tun hatte. Das Video war nicht zu 100% so wie ich es beauftragt hatte. Man hat sich sofort bei mir zurückgemeldet um mir zu helfen. Auf jede Mail wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Super schnell, mega freundlich, und vor allem lösungsorientiert. Website issues
I had major issues with the website! It would put the hold on my account but it wouldn't send me a confirmation email! I would look everywhere for the button to click but there wasn't any! One of the help guys said it was the browser or my phone. So apparently memmo doesn't work on Android or Google Chrome. Seriously disappointed and I hope the money comes back to my account soon.

2nd time lucky!
I ordered a message from Ben Foden, after a week the message hadn't been completed so they offered me a refund or 10% off another message. So I asked for Ben Foden again in case it worked this time, and it did! Really impressed with the length of the message and all the advice he gave to a young lad. Can't wait to send the message on his birthday now!

I had a custom script that I wanted Steve Phillips to deliver and my representative from Memmo said they'd do whatever they could to make it happen. Everything was delivered on script and on time. I couldn't be more satisfied.
