Due to adverse reactions to HRT, and after consultation with Susanna Unsworth, I have been taking Meno8 on and off, for more than a year, and every time I stop, the hot sweats and my mood gets worse. After just 3 months, I tried menopace plus from Holland and Barrett’s when I took a break from meno8 to make sure it was meno8 that was making me feel a lot better in myself. However, I didn’t feel any benefit at all from menopaceplus. I also tried isoflavens which supposed to improve menapause symptoms but again had a reaction to it and felt very nauseous. My partner told me that I seemed a lot better while taking Meno8. I have since continued to use Meno8 and am now feeling the benefits again so will continue to order. Especially during the summer to minimise the verocity and frequency of hot sweats, which is so uncomfortable when it’s really hot anyway.

I have been taking this supplement for a couple of years now and it was recommended by my menopause nurse.
I do feel it has made a significant difference to my general well being. My hair and nails are still as strong as ever. I have good energy levels and do not get any hot flushes. I stopped the supplement for around a month just to see how I would feel and I wasn’t feeling fab. I restarted it and things have improved again.
Communication with Susanna has been great too when I had questions about the supplement ingredients. I definitely recommend this product

This is a great product with a mixture of natural ingredients to help the symptoms of the Menapause.
It’s lovely also to support the Dr who provides this.
She is super knowledgeable and helpful too.

This is a great product because it contains all the supplements I need in perimenopause, including a natural phytoestrogen, in one easy to swallow tablet. It’s easy to order online and service is always quick.
