Meno8 is the trade name of CWH Supplements Limited - a menopause supplement company, founded by Dr Susanna Unsworth: a menopause specialist doctor. The company has developed this supplement specifically for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, using the expertise from Dr Unsworth, along with nutrition experts, to provide the key elements women need, without the additional and unnecessary ingredients found in may other supplements on the market. The focus of the company is to enable women to support themselves through their menopause transition and 'feel fantastic through menopause'! Dr Susanna Unsworth founded a private online menopause clinic called Cambridge Women's Health, alongside her NHS menopause work. She found many women asking for advice about supplements but that many of the products available contained multiple unnecessary ingredients, often in lower quantities than were needed to actually be helpful. Dr Unsworth designed Meno8 to include the key ingredients she recommends, in a one-a-day formula to simplify things for women experiencing menopause.

Many thanks for leaving a review. I am so sorry to hear you have not found them helpful. Meno8 is something I have personally developed, so it was sad to see the 2* review pop up
I do often say that it can take up to 3 months for someone to experience the full benefit of a supplement. However, they are not the answer for everyone, and all the studies that have reviewed the benefits of supplements do show there are often mixed responses.
Regarding the price, this is often a tricky thing to judge. There are cheaper supplements available (and also many that are a lot more expensive!), so I have tried to price things as best I could, given the quality of the ingredients. However, I am a very small business so admit I can be out-priced by other big faceless companies.
Obviously if it is not helping I would not recommend continuing, but thank you for giving them a try

Excellent service. Recommended to me by my GP to take alongside HRT. They are easy to take. I am very happy with these and will continue to use! Would highly recommend!

Loving Meno8
I started on Meno8 after hearing about it from a friend. I have noticed an improvement in my skin, hair, sleep, anxiety and body aches.
It’s simple to order, fast delivery and minimal packaging. I like that it has been created by a Doctor specialising in the menopause and women’s health. I am recommending it to all my peri and post menopausal friends!

This supplement has really helped with my perimenopausal symptoms plus my skin, hair and nails are lovely too! Would definitely recommend trying the supplement. I noticed a difference within a few weeks of taking this with my mood and brain fog.

Do they make a difference?
I have been using Meno8 for some time now and as often happens, I didn't really think they were making any difference as the changes were gentle and clearly working well with my body....that is until I ran out and didn't immediately reorder.
Within a few days my husband asked what was wrong with me and the children had noticed I was different too.
I felt out of sorts and couldn't understand why. Sleep was poor which impacted concentration and I felt generally unwell.
It was only when I started taking the supplements again I realised the symptoms started to ease.
Amazing - highly recommend every woman to try for 3 months.
What have you get to lose - worse case, nothing happens!

Simple straightforward and super quick

Actually feel like the supplements are…
Actually feel like the supplements are making a difference compared to the ‘non impact brands off the shelf’ so to speak. Alleviates some of the symptoms whilst confident I’m adding the right minerals to my body at this time of life. Also feel more alert and less tired on these supplements.
