Merchant's Jewellers LTD Opiniões

Excellent service each time from Merchant jewellers. Always friendly and helpful staff with lovely jewellery too.
Would definitely recommend for all their nomination jewellery as well.

A very nice watch we'll packaged and prompt service

We've bought several pieces of jewellery from Merchant's, as well as having had ring alterations done, rings re-plated and new watch batteries fitted. The professionalism and friendly service has always been second to none!

Most recently I have had an eternity ring custom made. Karim and the team made this a really exciting process and were full of suggestions in terms of the style etc. I picked my new ring up this weekend just gone and am so pleased with the end result!

Thank-you so much!

Lovely helpful service as always

Friendly, helpful staff as ever.
Great range of products

I brought a beautiful watch as a 60th birthday present. The watch is just as described, high quality, arrived well wrapped and was delivered very quickly.

What a ‘gem’ … amazing jewellery and always great customer service.

Perfect service and fast response time. I've received the confirmation email as soon I've placed my order and it was delivered within the stated delivery time. Very happy with the experience. Thank you!

I can't recommend merchants jewellers highly enough. Their jewellery is so unique and the staff are very customer orientated. You get a personal service with lots of advice if needed. I much prefer this kind of store instead of the high street generic shops.

Went in to get my first watch resized. Extremely helpful staff and left with lots of tips and info on watch care. Many thanks.

As usual, brilliant personal service from the team at Merchant’s. My go to for any kind of jewellery enquiry including repairs, designs and purchases.
