Merchant's Jewellers LTD Opiniões

A friendly and honest business which provided a professional service to replace a lost stone from a ring. The costs were transparent from the outset and I'm highly satisfied with the result.
In addition I weighed in some old gold and the staff were most helpful, taking as much time as necessary to assess the items and subsequently providing a competitive price. I would highly
recommend this business.

Great friendly customer service. Great experience, so informative and knowledgeable . 💗💛

They have just recently made me and my sister a ring in memory of our grandad and can say it's amazing.

Me and my family have been visiting here for a number of years now. We return time after time for several reasons. The service is exemplary. Karim and his wife are extremely personable, and every visit feels like you are seeing an old friend rather than a business. The exclusive and quality range means that you'll always find something to suit, and you're always be made to feel at home. I would 100% recommend paying them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Also very helpful and knowledgeable, good range of products

We initially came to have a ring re-modelled, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The service and attention to detail were outstanding. Our experience with Merchants was made even more special when my husband worked with Karim and Tanita to design a beautifully unique ring for me - it's a piece I will treasure forever.

Since then, we have returned to purchase gifts for loved ones. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly care about creating meaningful pieces. Merchants have become our go to, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very quick to respond to a query and resolved the issue really well. Very happy with the customer service. Very Hood price for the items I purchased.
