Should have a larger notice that orders are non refundable. Ordered wrong size on accident and they would not exchange. The policy link is on the page but considering it’s an online store and you cannot try on the clothes it’s shocking you do not exchange for wrong size. This should be much more prominent so purchasers are fully aware of this prior to purchase.

I made a mistake on shipping address, it was going to an old address. I reached out in a panic, Reece took care of it and emailed me to reassure me. I received my package at the correct address and EARLY at that!

Ordered in early August for my nephew’s birthday gift. It got to be early September and the party was coming up so I emailed them to check the status. They assured me that it was in production and would be shipping that week. Ironically, I got a shipping email a day later. However, after two weeks, the tracking number still stated that they were waiting on the package from the sender. I had no gift for my nephews birthday and I had to go out and purchase something additional. Finally, the package arrived almost 3 weeks after they told me it shipped. When I opened it, I only had two of the three items that I ordered. Don’t waste your time with this company.

The items on the site are overpriced, cheap quality and the customer service is poor to say the least.

My order didn’t ship for over 4 weeks, and they weren’t able to provide any specific information.

My daughter and i both ordered the same tee and plushie for my grandson's birthday. I wanted to return my items and order 2 different items and they would not allow it. Not good for business. I will not be ordering from them again.

I had to email customer service and they replied very quickly as a product was out of stock. They emailed and let me know when it was in stock for ordering. The order took 10 days to arrive from the USA to the UK. They was extremely helpful

Had a little issue where an item was missed in the package. They were very quick to respond and get it sent out to me. Mistakes happen, but it’s how it’s dealt with that matter, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

When I would write an email to this company as to when I might get the items they immediately wrote back they kept things moving quickly with professionalism and ease..

Ordered and paid for merch 15 februari, now 6 March and they still haven't even send the order. They don't answer emails either. So disappointed.

Had a small set back shipping wise, so I contacted Support and was shocked how fast and concise the response was. The rep got back to me and answered my questions and also kept in touch until the issue was resolved. Really, it may have been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I had an issue and still leaving 5 stars because of that fact!
