Amazing support, good quality clothes

I had a problem with the autofill when I put in my information, it entered the wrong address, I was able to email the store and a personal member reached out to me and assured me the orders address would be changed so that I would get my package.

Ordered 2 kids sweatshirts for my grandchildren for Christmas gifts & they were to small I emailed to exchange them for the correct size and they refused and said no returns I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Though Merch For All sent the wrong shirt originally, they instantly apologized and sent a correct replacement. I greatly appreciate a company that acknowledges their mistakes and makes it right with the customer. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Ordered a Green sweatshirt after multiple emails asking when it would ship. One month for international shipping. Opened package to a brown sweatshirt - a color not offered on their website - reminiscent of the color of the poop emoji.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son for Christmas. Shipping time was reasonable. When I received it, it was missing the graphic on the back so I emailed customer service. They responded right away and shipped out a replacement in time for Christmas. I was really impressed with how they handled the issue. So, although there was a product mix up, I still rate them 5 stars for handling it so professionally.

My kids absolutely love the Monke Clothing line from Merch for All and I've purchased from them many times. I had a little minor problem with an order and they made it right immediately! Such wonderful customer service! It is so rare to see this level of customer service these days!

I ordered a sweatshirt and shipped it completely to a wrong address. Customer service not only corrected it very quickly but they were lovely. A little kindness can makes someone's day and it certainly made mine!

Terrible customer service. They will not help with any exchanges. That is bad business as no one knows how their clothing runs. It’s a gamble. I do not recommend at all. Plus the shirt smells strong of vinegar. They also use Next Level shirts that sell for $6 online and they jack the price up majorly.

Incredibly long shipping times

Placed an order on Oct 9th, still yet to be even dispatched (Nov 12th). Customer support email replies are slow, and when they do eventually arrive their contents are vague and without any real path to resolution (i.e. "just wait a bit longer"). Regretting using this service - can't believe they charge postage for service like this.

I misunderstood the process for the item I was receiving. I immediately contacted Merch For All and received an email back within 48 hours addressing my questions in a very kind matter. The team was very responsive and my spouse is happy with the item that we purchased through them. They are super responsive and very kind. Definitely will order from them again.
