The ordering was very simple and easy to understand, and my product was delivered in very good time.

I bought a JeromeASF hoodie and it’s sooo soft. Color matches perfectly with what the website showed. The customer service was quick with responses as well with a previous order.

Amazing Merch, amazing company and amazing support while enquiring about said merch, Reece gave me amazing info and made sure I was constantly updated with extremely useful information, Highly recommend the clothing, very comfortable.

My daughter ordered from them and never got the product. When we come contacted them, I got a response asking for the order number which I didn’t have, so I asked if I could verify the information any other way as I had all of that and sent a pic of the pay pal proof where we sent them money. Of course have heard NOTHING!

Do not use this company. I ordered a GeorgeNotFound hoody for my daughter on the 14th May 2021.
Merch for All gave the wrong address to FedEx and neither Merch for All or FedEx have made any effort to have my item delivered. I have sent several emails to Merch for All and FedEx, still no refund or replacement offered. They only acknowledged my first two emails and I have not heard from Merch for All since.
I’m really disappointed, I know mistakes happen and would of been happy with some form of recognition and effort to rectify their mistake! To be ignored is just wrong and they have my money still!!!
UPDATE: Within minutes of posting this review I have received a full refund which will hopefully clear within 3-5 working days.

The only reason why i have not given this company 1 star is because its currently Covid and that could explain the time. I ordered 1 shirt in November and it still hasnt arrived (nearly 3.5 months later). They dont respond to emails and I will no longer get the shirt as the streamer has changed who sells their merch and has changed the designs. Really disappointed and the customer service is awful.

I've been waiting 10 weeks for 2 tees. i've emailed the support email address 6 times with only a email template response stating they will get back to me within 48hrs. NOTHING no shirts, no correspondence.

I ordered a hoodie 2 weeks ago and today received it by FedEx! I was super hesitant at first because of all the horrible reviews and over 300 on BBB. From the reviews it looks like either you win or lose. Probably won’t order again though until it’s more positive but thanks!!

If there was a MINUS STAR I’d tick it my daughter saw lovely hoodie paid for it plus delivery INSTEAD OF THEM SENDING NORMALLY TO UK THEY CHOSE FEDEX SO....I ALSO RECEIVED £22 BILL TO BE PAID ASAP

Ordered a Sapnap phone case on 10th Dec 2020 for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Item never received. Emailed customer support 13 times without any meaningful response (Heya Sharon lemme chase that and get back to you..) Even emailed the CEO on a account found through social media responding to a similar complaint, and made a formal complaint through BBB. Nothing. Asked repeatedly for a refund as this now falls within Merch for All terms and conditions for a refund. Am not expecting either the phone case or my money back. Stay away from this company. I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering.
Update. Now at 35 business days since placing the order. Item hasn't moved from USPS since 16th Dec 2020. No response to emails chasing my refund. Absolutely appalling.
15th Feb refund at last!

hab einen pulli am 05.12.20 bestellt, wurde alles reibungslos abgebucht und die bestellung war am 24.12 da. Die Versandbestätigung habe ich am 22.12 bekommen, per FedEx konnte ich dann übersichtlich verfolgen, wie das Paket aus den USA bis nach Deutschland kommt. Alles gut verpackt und keine Probleme mit dem Hoodie gehabt, bis jetzt. Die Zollrechung kam glaube ich am 13.01.21 an, hab ich überwiesen und fertig. Hatte am Anfang echt schiss dass meine bestellung nicht ankommt, weil ich 3 Wochen lang nichts gehört habe, aber ist alles prima gelaufen.

The order was put in on Nov 7/20 and it is now Jan 4/21 and still no order. When contacting them by email (there is no other way) is an auto reply email that says 2-3 weeks. This is 8 weeks already! I think the only way they can improve is send people their money back and to shut down and delete their existence from the internet so they can stop ripping kids off as they sell merchandise from kids YouTubers that have merchandise listed with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! 🤬

I got my Georgenotfound merch in about a week, haven’t received my punz merch yet so I contacted them and got a response within minutes. I dont know what ehy other people experienced such bad things. ALSO I GOT SAPNAP AND DREAM MERCH VERY GOID QUALITY AND CAME PRETTY FAST

The hoodie came in a timely manner but a week later I get a fedex bill for customs clearance. Should have been included for the overpriced product
