I made two orders for merch. they are christmas presents for my daughter. One order was shipped pretty soon and arrived in time (in the Netherlands) I made both orders on november 14. I started e-mailing them about the second order op december 6. NOTHING! I wrote several mails but they don't even have the decency to awnser me. They were real quick to take my mony! They are IMPOSTERS!!!!

Don’t bother

Ordered 2 items in August, 2020. One arrived, the other never arrived.
No response from merchforall on PayPal dispute nor to my email

i ordered a green merch smile hoodie on november 4th, it’s been 20 business days now and i still haven’t gotten my order. this company is full of lies. never buy from them unless you want to get scammed. i’m glad dream changed companies because merchforall is terrible. they never reply to emails. you can’t even track your package.

Made 2 purchases or YouTube merch, the first time I got stung for FedEx admin charges. I contacted Merch For All and got no reply. On the next occasion I contacted them regarding the shipping, again no reply what so ever. They are a complete waste of time. Very risky to deal with a vendor who does not respond to emails. Their poor customer service reflects badly on the YouTube stars that they represent too. Avoid at all costs, unless you are prepared to pay an extra £20 on top of the goods and shipping etc...

Absolute scam!!! Never received the sweatshirt ordered. I contacted the company, and they never responded. I disputed the charge, and they supposedly provided documentation to the credit card company. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered 3 items. Only one turned up. Reordered but after waiting weeks and sending several emails asking where my order was, they turned up.....along with unexpected customs invoices. No mention of this on their website or during the order process. Emailed them but surprise surprise, no answer. Can’t warn you enough about these absolute scamming t**ts.

Ordered a pink Dream smile t-shirt back in May and it never arrived.
Sent two emails about it to MFA, one 2 months after the purchase and another one 5 months after. Never got a single reply, just an automated "We are working hard to get back to you within a 48 hour window".
A 25 dollar t-shirt + 12 dollars shipping down the drain. Needless to say, I recommend MFA to no one.

@Dream ordered this Hoodie for my Daughter. Worn 2 to 3 times. Garment washed according to instructions and this is the outcome. Hoodie Material is great quality though the "Iron on Transfer " is peeling. Very Poor Quality for the price. No response from merchforall support. What a joke!

I ordered a hoodie and it came in the perfect size if you have a problem you can just contact them

Ordered a sweater and received a wrong size (and crappy quality). They don't respond to e-mails, there is no phone number to call. A waste of money.

Worst customer service ever, no response.

No delivery of item, no refund, no response to MANY follow ups. How are they even still in business? I won't be surprised if someone from that company gets jailed at some point. So many other complaints on this company online.

Please do not buy merchandise through this site. They take your money, you get confirmation and then they ignore you. You can write as many times as you like, but they ignore you! They do not send product or contact you again. Now my little girls birthday is going to be a big disappointment :( Shame on YouTubers using this company to ruin their reputation!

I was scammed out of money through this site. There is no way to contact them except for a form on their site which leads no where. I never received the item and never received a response from my numerous attempts to contact them.

Har väntat i snart två månader. Dom svarade i början men inte längre. Rekommenderas inte!
