Great site. The item I wanted was on sale which made it cheaper than elsewhere but I had never used the site and we all get a bit anxious about if a new place is legit. I could not have been happier with pulling the trigger and taking a risk though! The item arrived REALLY fast on free postage, was cheaper than elsewhere and the packaging was not only sturdy and protected my purchase but very environmentally friendly with the use of a card box, paper cushioning/packing and also paper based tapes!
I would give you more stars if I could!

A good choice of UK anime store
I think Metageek is a pretty good anime store, haven't bought anything from them that's in stock (will update my review if I do) but have used them for pre orders.
I had a situation where I pre ordered 2 figures in February, I liked that the website listed the number of avaliable stock, and the price was decent relative to other UK sellers (who tend to be a little pricer relative to Japan stores) etc. Given that shipping was included despite the more expensive price tag, I was very satisfied with the price ultimately. Unfortunately there was a delay in the figures and the website did not update to reflect this change, so feel there could be improvement in that regard.
Additionally, I didn't receive an update on the fact that there was a delay, these delays may have occurred due to the COVID outbreaks in Japan, etc, so this delay is understandable, but maybe useful to be aware of.
That being said the MetaGeeks team are very responsive on their social media, often replying to Instagram DMs within a day, so would suggest trying to contact them there or via email if you run into issues. This was how I recieved updates when querying about my items.
When the figures did arrive, an email was sent a day ahead notifying me that they would arrive soon with a DHL tracking link. The figures arrived well wrapped and protected, and were geniune. I would recommend using this store.
