Delays but I got my item :)
I purchased an item due for delivery in December, but this got delayed (no doubt due to the pandemic/brexit!). I contacted the company and they responded extremely promptly saying that it was now due on February 26th. A few more delays later and my product has arrived and in great condition.
I was a bit worried when the delays kept coming - not being sure if the site was a scam (despite the many positive reviews on here!!), but throughout it all, every time I've contacted metageeks, they have got back to me straight away, and as soon as the product arrived in the warehouse it was dispatched and delivered ASAP. Will definitely be using them again.
All I would ask is a bit more information from the company to save me having to contact them to chase up an item - maybe, once the release date has arrived, an email saying "sorry, your item has been delayed" or "your item is en route to the UK but there are delays, as soon as we know any more, we will contact you again.!
Other than that, really positive experience!

We understand how frustrating it can be when items get continually delayed. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control. As this was your first time ordering from us we can completely understand your hesitation about using us but I hope we did everything we can to reassure you on any future orders. As with any pre-order, as soon as it arrives in a warehouse we immediately ship them out the same day.
We really appreciate your feedback. Communication over pre-orders is something we’ve been working really hard on to improve. We have now implemented a new email system within our new website to alert customers of any changes to pre-order dates and we continue to work hard on it to continue to improve it to perfection.

Smooth Experience
Made my first order with MetaGeeks on the 7th, received my items on the 12th. The ordering experience was smooth, the item was packaged well and the price of the figure was reasonable. All in all a good experience.
I’ve also made a pre-order with them for a product currently slated to release on the 30th of April. I’ve read reviews where there has been a lack of communication during preorder delays/issues. Will be sure to update whether there are any issues or I receive my items in a timely manner as that will dictate whether I will become a regular customer.
