Rücksendung effizient, wenn man richtigen Link hat....
4 Artikel bestellt. 1 Pullover wird zurückgesandt, weil mir die Fotos im Internet deutlich anders erschienen als der Artikel selbst.
Rückgabe wird mit CHF 17.99 verrechnet (was in der Schweiz unüblich hoch ist) und man muss es zu einem DHL Service Point bringen. Ich habe über 1h aufgewendet, da diverse Links zur Rücksendung nicht funktionierten. Das hilft nicht bzgl. Kundenerlebnis.
Was ich MGG hoch anrechne: Sehr gute und freundliche Response-Zeiten und Antwort sogar am Abend. Mit dem Link, welchen ich dann von MGG erhalten habe (sh. unten ) war die Rückgabe sehr effizient.

I'm incredibly impressed with mgg. The quality is exceptional. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size for my wife and needed to return it, this was a quick and easy process fully explained on the website. I reached out to customer support for an issue on a new order and received an answer almost immediately (on boxing day! Thank you Charlie Cazalet). We will absolutely use mgg again.

Fantastic coat
Fantastic coat, so sad I wasn't the right shape for it. The service was impressive, quick , friendly and so professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Payment returned very quickly.
