We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed by having to pay for your return, Waltraud. However, notably in the end you decided to keep your products and chose not to return them, whereas the cost of a return for you from Austria to our warehouse in the Czech Republic would have been a tiny fraction of the cost of the products that you ordered. This therefore confused us a little, as does your review.
We make every effort to offer a superlative customer experience, including a personalised level of customer service which we feel is unmatched in our industry, plus free global shipping on any order over €100 (or equivalent). Nevertheless, like many apparel brands these days, to be able to make this possible we require that our customers in turn bear the cost of their returns, and we make this abundantly clear on our website.
Best experience with this brand
Normally I do not give feedback and reviews ... but this company deserves one. I was looking for a ski jacket and pants ... but I did not want to buy some standard brand. I was looking for something special that everybody else does not wear. This is how I came to MGG brand. I had a super good experience with them. The delivery was super fast, the ski jacket and ski pants fit perfectly. As the winter season did not start yet I have no experience wearing the gear during skiing yet. But I'm sure that this experience will be the same. I highly recommend buying their gear if you are looking for something special.

Great ski jacket
Excellent prompt delivery from Europe to the UK. Great quality ski jacket which will no doubt do me good service for years to come.
The company also seem like good guys with a good story to tell.
