We would also like to clarify a few important points:

We do not provide customer support in French; all our communication is conducted exclusively in English.

We have no record of ongoing email exchanges over a 4-week period as described, nor of sending an incorrect or lower-value replacement item.

We do not request reviews in exchange for support, nor do we make guarantees of resolution within 24 hours following a review.

For these reasons, it is possible that there has been a confusion with another company offering similar products.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret the confusion caused. We’ve carefully reviewed your order and would like to clarify a few details to help resolve this situation.

Your order was shipped to the United States with worldwide delivery included, as stated. However, all international deliveries to the U.S. are subject to local customs import duties and taxes, which are charged by U.S. Customs, not by us or the courier. In your case, the customs fee was approximately $30 USD, which needed to be paid before delivery. Since this payment was not completed, the parcel remains on hold with U.S. customs and cannot be delivered.

Regarding the additional amount we initially mentioned — that was due to a currency conversion error during checkout. Once we noticed it, we informed you right away and later covered that difference ourselves, so you were not charged anything extra by us.

We completely understand your frustration and truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please note that we are still here to help finalize the delivery or arrange a return once customs releases the parcel.

We kindly ask you to consider updating or removing your review, as this situation was unfortunately beyond our control and not a result of our service or shipping process. We’ve always tried to communicate transparently and take responsibility wherever possible.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. With military surplus, the condition of items can vary quite a bit since we receive them as they come from suppliers. We always try to note the condition in the title and description, and the photos are meant to be a general reference only.

Because these are not new products, it’s not possible for us to have full control over every single piece, and updating photos for each individual item would be a huge task with the volume we handle. Sometimes items come in looking almost new, other times more worn – that’s unfortunately the nature of surplus.

That said, we completely understand your frustration, and please remember you always have the option to return the product if it’s not what you expected, as my colleague already mentioned.
We’re also very sorry if we came across as impolite on the phone. That was never our intention we only wanted to better understand the situation and find a solution together.

We are truly sorry for the frustration you've experienced. Please know that we’ve done our best to assist you throughout this situation. According to the courier's tracking information (Tracking Number: WG2100041048), https://track.landmarkglobal.com/?search=WG2100041048 the package was marked as delivered. We’ve also followed up with the courier company again on your behalf, and they continue to confirm that delivery was completed.

We understand how upsetting it is when a package goes missing, and we absolutely do not take that lightly. However, in cases like this, the courier requires a formal claim and possibly a police report for stolen goods in order to proceed further.

We have always responded promptly to your requests and are more than willing to forward all communication we’ve had with the courier to you directly. It's disheartening to read that you feel we only care about the money we care deeply about our customers and work hard to resolve every issue fairly.
