I apologise for any confusion regarding the deduction from your refund. If our prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label is used to return an order we deduct £3.95 from the refund to cover this cost. If the refund amount then falls below the free shipping threshold we also deduct the relevant shipping cost. As a small family business, we cannot afford to offer free shipping on orders that don't meet the free spend threshold. In this case, you returned the whole order using our prepaid returns label, so we deducted the cost of the returns label (£3.95) + the cost of the original postage charge (£3.95).

I'm sorry to hear that the Rahigo outfit didn't fit as expected. The brand itself, our brand reps and our customers have all previously advised this brand is true to size, with the knit outfits even being a little on the generous side, so I can only apologise you found the 2 years to be smaller than an 18-24 months fit.

If you had contacted us, we would have been more than happy to clarify these details to you. Additionally, prior to your purchase, we could have provided measurements of the item(s) you're interested in to ensure you purchased the correct size. We understand how tricky shopping online can be, especially for growing little ones.

Once again, I apologise for any disappointment caused and appreciate your understanding.

As a small family business, we have limited resources and are unable to cover the cost of returning items that have been returned to us outside of our returns policy.
