Would love to leave a good review but I’ve waited 3 weeks on my parcel, it was for my nephews baby who was born 5 weeks ago, I got the newborn size by the time it arrives it won’t fit the baby! It says allow up to 14 days for personalised items so can’t understand why it’s not here,

Poor communication
I ordered two items of personalised clothing and accidentally ordered the wrong size, with it being a 14 day turnaround I thought I would go onto live chat and explain and ask for the size to be swapped. The chat told me that I would receive an email response, which I never did, I done this twice. Finally after no response I decided to email customer services directly and again still no response. My items have now been delivered and have gone to waste as they are the wrong size. I take full responsibility that I ordered the wrong size, however better communication could have resolved this considering the long turnaround for personalised items

I have now purchased twice from Millie and Ralph. Absolutely over joyed with all the items I have purchased. Packaged beautifully for my first grandchild excellent quality at a good price.

Hi, I placed an order on 2 September and it still hasn’t arrived! I can’t believe it has taken this long and had I have known I wouldn’t have ordered it! It is a baby gift and at this rate the baby will be going to school before they get it. Really disappointing.

Fabulous items beautifully made

I placed this order in August, and the delivery took much longer than expected. Although the tracking shows that the items were delivered, I didn’t receive anything.

I contacted Millie & Ralph as well as the delivery company, and I was told that the order had actually been returned to the supplier.

I’m still waiting for the order to be redelivered.

Ordered two cardigans for my grandson on 24 August no update no nothing paid for it today is 14 September nothing got email saying I hope you enjoy your products . I am shocked u have paid for something never received no update no refund I tried to contact nothing . Extremely annoyed
