I ordered a personalized blanket and made a mistake on the writing, i contacted the company through email and i got help from
Krisha . She was absolutely amazing she helped me so much with my order. She was kind and made the whole process really easy and stress free. Her customer service was excellent and she went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, Krisha!

Very happy with my purchase from 1st…

Great product and great customer service

Ordered a wooden activity cube for a family member's 1st birthday. It got lost/stuck with the delivery company, and when I contacted My 1st Years they responded within an hour and had a replacement sent out immediately. I have now received the replacement 2 days after that email interaction.
Top notch customer service and the activity cube itself is absolutely beautiful and will be a well loved gift.

Worst company to get in touch

Worst company to get them. I was o hold yestetday then phone went silent. I sent watsapp mesage sfill mo reply.

I order a child personalised bikewhere alot of screws were missing but looking at the seat where the child puts their feet it looks uncomfortable.

No return label.

Ive ordered clothes many times. No issues.
I now never want to order again..
Been waiting nearly 20mins. Its 955 now.

I think they have 1 person on the phine on watsapp message

I can see that my colleague arranged a free return for you within 24 hours of your first contact with us, and we will also make sure your feedback regarding the product quality is passed to the relevant team for review.

While we do advise that responses may take up to 24 hours, we completely appreciate how frustrating it can be when you need urgent assistance. I will also raise the issue with the phone line experience with our technical team to investigate further.

Customer service

There was a small mistake with my order (i had the wrong item delivered - these things happen and never had an issue with any previous purchases) but once i raised the issue - the next day, i had the correct item being delivered and was kept in the loop the entire time.
Customer service skills were exceptional - thank you Irina for all you help.

Absolutely fantastic service.
I had a very late notice, urgent order which I made an error on. I immediately contacted them out of hours. They replied very quickly, also out of hours by email and WhatsApp, advised me of what I had done wrong, fixed it for me and still ensured my fast delivery was met. The product quality was also excellent. I highly recommend them with no reservations whatsoever.

Personalised plush whale

I placed an order as a gift and realised I had spelt the name wrong for personalisation. I contacted customer service via email and received a response confirming changes had been made as requested. Thank you to Dorota for the prompt response and reassurance. Looking forward for our new addition to receive the plush whale which will be a keepsake for years to come.

Fabulous company and products

Fabulous company and products. We purchased our 1st order of two personalised dressing gowns and wooden toy and were so pleased, the quality was excellent. In addition, the customer service is second to none and it was so well presented. I wish all Companys were the same. Will definitely be reordering and would highly recommend

After a frustrating few weeks with a certain delivery company causing long delays on my orders' arriving, Shannon & Dorota truly went above and beyond to ensure my orders were fulfilled. Products I love customer service not so much

I love the products on here, however, delivery hasn’t been what they have said and I get it isn’t guaranteed but they didn’t offer a refund on my delivery when they lost my order in their system and delivery isn’t cheap. I have done another order giving it another go and we are now nearly a week later with no delivery which is estimated 3-5 days and I doubt I will get a refund on this delivery either. I will seriously consider using them anymore which is a shame.

Ewelina was a brilliant help!

Ewelina was a brilliant help correcting a mistake that was on an original order that a friend had bought us. She very kindly corrected the mistake and sent us the order via first class, all of which was free of charge. This was very kind and unexpected! The customer service was fantastic and the fact my order was going to be delivered either the next day or the day after that was exceptional! Would thoroughly recommend Ewelina and my 1st years for their service!
