I brought the Venicci Claro 2 3 in 1 bundle for my grandchild in March as it had a promotional deal for Mother’s Day and was delivered in April.
The whole process from buying to delivering was exceptional.

The pushchair is light to manoeuvre and very easy to fold down with one hand.

Will definitely buy product from them again.

The boble hat was super cute and my baby nephew look beautiful in it. Made wounderfully and feels super warm for when the cold weather sets in.

I’m really disappointed with my experience so far. I ordered a Mamas & Papas ‘Ho Ho Ho’ Christmas Cardigan & Leggings set for £33.15, but when my order arrived, only the cardigan was included and the leggings were missing.

I first contacted Millie & Ralph by email on 14 September and received no response. I then submitted a support ticket through the website on 20 September and again received no response. I’ve since tried contacting them through the online chat during their advertised customer service hours, but still haven’t been able to get a response.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I’ve received multiple emails from Millie & Ralph asking me to leave a review while I’m still waiting for help with an incomplete order.

I appreciate that mistakes can happen with orders, but it’s the complete lack of communication afterwards that has been most disappointing. I’ve paid for a two-piece set and currently only have half of what I ordered, with no indication of when or how this will be resolved.

Hopefully this review will at least prompt someone to look into what has happened.

Absolutely beautiful clothes made so well and I would recommend them if you want that special outfit.
In fact my daughter is having another baby girl and the outfits I bought for her 1st born still look brand new and will be worn by her baby sister.
I couldn't stop myself buying two more with the name she has picked out for her as will be lovely for her just born and coming home from hospial pics.
