Cookie wasn’t up to the usual standard. Icing was very messy poor writing. When I collected cookie the lad said he couldn’t do anything. When I contact you Millie’s they said couldn’t do anything. Not great service

My daughter isn't a fan of birthday cake but loves Cookies. The large double Cookie is the perfect alternative and a box of Kinder bueno cookies to go with it is essential. I'm lucky if I get one.

Delicious, well decorated, well packaged, excellent delivery service..

Left my food parcel in a blue waste bin and marked it as delivered and signed by me which never happened. Unhygienic, unacceptable, and customer service refused to resolve it. Still waiting for a refund.

Last time ordering. Had many personalised cookies over the years, but something has gone drastically downhill. Ordered a giant personalised cookie to be sent to my Daughter while she was away from home for the first time on her birthday. What arrived was shocking, thinly iced with what I can only describe as holes poked in the icing. Vastly different to any that I have received before. Quality control appears non existent and complained to customer service with absolutely no response.

30/01/2026 - Thank you for your reply, however I have had no email following my complaint on the 23rd Jan, nor have I had another following your response to my review yesterday, and I have checked my junk folder too.

Really dry and out of the 5 choices only 3 flavours available on pickup!

Ordered an anniversary cookie for our first wedding anniversary. It arrived damaged and completely ruined the occasion.

Despite this, Millie’s Cookies refused a full refund and would only offer a replacement or 50% off, even though damaged goods should be fully refunded.

For a £26 cookie and a large company, this is unacceptable. Hiding behind policy instead of following basic consumer rights is extremely disappointing. I am now having to go to the effort of going to Trading Standards.

Ir was my sons 21st birthday, and i wanted a message putting on. I spoke to Millies, and they said it was just put on the packaging. They just wasnt bothered.

The cookie is very big and very yummy my husband was so happy to get this for his birthday as he hates cake

The cookie came on the day of requested delivery, the look is spot on, although it is much much too sweet. Also, the cookie hasn't come with a Use By Date on it anywhere!! I'm pretty sure that's a legal piece of information required on all food products. In fact I know it is as I run a kitchen. So it's the non existent Use By Date that's let you down. It's not even on the receipt

We ordered a giant cookie for a business objective, and it came broken. I understand these things happen, but the real issue is that I have tried to contact them 4 times about it and have not heard a single thing back, no confirmation, nothing - so basically you get what you order (albeit broken) but their customer service is non-existent, so just be wary.

Update to the response below - the issue is I haven't had a single email or acknowledgement from Millie's, so not sure what they are talking about!

Bit pricey but delicious

Really lovely cookies but wouldn't really describe them as 'stuffed' still a little bit of chocolate inside and very tasty.

This was a congratulations gift sent to my son at university. Needless to say he LOVED it, it didn’t last long and it wasn’t shared!
