I had suffered with knee pain arthritis for a long time… within a short time using the mini magic no more pain… what a game changer. Also customer service is excellent. One coil stopped working and it was promptly replaced! I would recommend this product to anyone with pain etc!!!

I recently ordered a MiraMate as a gift for my mother. I cannot speak for the device itself yet but the customer service is outstanding. I asked for a European plug but had the device sent to the US first. They sent me 2 plugs for both countries without extra charge. Very kind. The package arrived very fast and well packed. Great service and innovative pemf. I bought the Mini magic pemf and its better i feel than allt laser for hair growth and bone growth on face. Quick effects have been increased blood flow and cirkulation. Long term have been skin tightening and bone growth. And for scalp its great for hair growth (but it takes time). Use it 3x/week ☺️

No matter how good a product there can always be unexpected issues that arrive and how a company responds to issues is the difference between a good business and a great one. MiraMate is a great company. Their support is first class. Vicky in support is excellent to work with and has responded and resolved any issues immediately. I highly recommend MiraMate for this.

Jared Jiang is great to work with. This customer service rep went out of his way to correct the problem I was hvng. Can't ask for more than that. MiraMate is lucky to hve Jared on their payroll as a customer service rep. All is well again.

I have all the MiraMate products - they are the most incredible healing devices ever! I use them for my clients along with my full range of SPOOKY2 Generators. So many have been healed with these frequencies. My dogs use them too and at the Vets a blood test was taken for my CC who is 18 years old and I was asked what she was 'ON' as the vet had never seen such perfect blood results ever! She is 'ON' with me the MiraMate BIG MAGIC every night!!! Terrific endorsement of the MiraMate Products!!!!

I love my Magic Pro and I use it each day, mostly at night for lower back pain.
Recently I had a situation that the main unit was making a new noise that was not normal.
I contacted you, Cheryl, and in my description of the problem, you tried to help me fix what was causing the noise. Technically, I was unable to complete what needed to be done to clear the problem.
Thankfully, it was determined that a new main unit would be sent to me, in return for sending back the original main unit.
I am very pleased with Cheryl's attention to detail, and the assistance of others in her department, to solve my problem.

Purchase a cold lazer that is defective, when lazer get hot, screen fall off and it burns. Miramate discontinue them because of malfunction devices and don't have a screen in stock anymore. I can't use it at all. And been used a 4 times for 20_30 min only. today Jan 10 Jared Jiang told me that screen no more available so my 2 hours only used device is go to trush. Because miramate make malfunction items. Will be right if they replace my unit with not defective one.

I needed to buy one more product from MiraMate. I've been helped by Jared through support, and he helped me sincerely. I've been very happy with my Big Magic and Mini Magic. I use Big Magic every day on my bed. As a migraine queen, mini magic does wonders on my migraine headaches which usually nothing helps but Mini Magic. Thank you so very much for all.

Since my husband started using the Big Magic, his BP seems to be more stable. We like to use natural method to heal our bodies. We used to spend lots of money on Chinese herbs in order to lower his BP. Now we just use Big Magic. I can't tell you how much money we saved by using Big Magic. In winter season when the weather is cold, he might still need some help from the TCM doctors, but over all, he seems to be fine. We think it's all contribute to the use of Big Magic. He also uses the Cold Laser Wrist X but didn't see too much improvement, maybe because he is already eating mostly plant based diet. Everyone's body is different. I think if you have BP problem due to stress, Big Magic should be the device to get first. We really appreciate MiraMate making such a great product.

This is the second pad we have purchased. We just didn't want to have to share the one all of the time. Thanks for a great product!
