Excellent service, great quality bag

I’ve made my purchase for the operetta bag back in mid Jul 2022 and have just received my order - mid Sep 2022. Delivery wasn’t the fastest but I totally understand every piece is handcrafted and takes time to complete. No complains at all because I love the bag, only regret was not getting the bigger size but the operetta is cute nonetheless. The Mirta team, especially Martina was really warm and friendly. My queries were answered promptly and I received updates along the way on my order completion status. Delivery was via FedEx Express and it took 2 days to reach Singapore, pretty fast and tracking of parcel can be done easily. Overall a great experience with Mirta.

My purse arrived only in a dust bag and the extremely large packaging box. There was no other presentation box, no padding for protection. Also, there was no paperwork included, no receipt. I was extremely disappointed with the presentation, as it was a gift for my mother-in-law and I had her unboxed it, fully expecting that the purse would be inside another box and not just thrown in a dust bag inside the larger packaging box.

Totally a high-quality and unique handcrafted piece! Mirta provides good and warm service from the moment you make an order till safe delivery. It's my first purchase experience in Mirta and it was a wonderful overseas shopping.
