Received my bag as indicated. It is lovely. I have purchased many bags from Mirta The quality is amazing and the communication with them is excellent. Will be purchasing more. This is my “go to” for fine luxury goods.

I wrote my review right after receiving the bag and gave 5 stars to it, although the delivery time was a bit long but the sales team was fast in confirming the purchase and answering the questions.
However, to my disappointment, the quality of the bag is rather poor. The paint (?on the edge of the leather) of quite some places started to fall apart. I first thought, these are the folding places and are weak therefore. As long as it stays that way, I can still use this bag. To my disappointment, other places also started to fall apart, so that it is quite embarrassing to carry it around. This is totally not acceptable, especially when they brag about Italian handmade quality and the pride price goes with it!!
I seldom use this bag as it is small and I prefer to use big bags to go out as I have kids and a big bag is more convenient. And even the big bags that I carry quite often do have such a poor quality. I don’t get it.
I wrote to the sales team and sent them pictures of the bag. Nobody reacted to my E-Mail, quite different to when I just bought the bag.
I will NOT buy anything from Mirta anymore, no matter how many advertisement the YouTubers make for them.

This is my second purchase from Mirta and I can truly say you've done it again! I'm very impressed with the quality of my bag. It's a beautiful bag I must say.

I have purchased from Mirta several times and am always impressed with both the great service and quality products. Once again they kept me informed by email of the progress of the creation of my purchase. When I received my Ginerva 1990 and ALice 6000 they were beautiful and well made. I have received many compliments on them.

Third purchase from my favourite Italian brand. Shipped swiftly from Italy and arrived at the fastest speed possible. Communication is impeccable as my queries were attended to within reasonable time frame. Hope to see more ready off the shelves products in the future!

Mirta has lost a customer sadly. I ordered the SARA in a special color CLEARLY LABELLED “teal”. The purpose of this particular bag was to represent ovarian cancer awareness month which is September… I myself am an OB/GYN who had ovarian cancer six years ago… As I noted to the customer service team, matters of life and death are very important to me whereas purchases like this lovely and wonderful but are not matters of life and death… That said this bag is not an expensive and when it came it was very clearly a dark green… The customer service representatives acknowledge that this was in fact not a teal color but that they would not refund, they would not discount, nor would they offer a credit… Many of my colleagues who also purchased a similar bag and had problems with the color or even worse with the quality of the bag received the same response… Sadly it seems that Mirta no longer values the quality it used to…

I can't give any better praise than this. The service is wonderful...always there to help. The Bags I have are exquisite. Such attention to detail and absolutely perfect.

The completion of my handbag was delayed due to COVID issues with the artisans which was completely understandable but I hadn't heard anything from you until I reached out. Afterwards, communication and follow-up with staff was excellent! I would recommend better packaging of your items. I agree with a minimal use of packing materials for the benefit of our environment but choose a smaller box so that the item has lesser chance of getting danaged during transport and delivery. I love the handbag!

Products are of very nice design and quality. I am very pleased with my purchases ! Also services and delivery are of high standard.
