I have already posted my opinion about your company. My review about MIRTA posted 2 weeks ago has been removed, because it was a negative review. When they send me the site of truspilot to review I replied i have already posted my opinion. I am absolutely flabbergasted, what kind of a company are you? You can't even take a negative review?

It took 3 months for my bag. No emails stating delay and no replys.

Delivery time was way to long for me so i will no longer purchase from this site but i do like the product. I ordered my bag at the end of may and i received it in the second week of August. This bag was supposed to serve me in summer time and summer is almost over.

Love love love my bag! It’s beautiful, the quality is exquisite and I’m just overjoyed to have it! It’s an heirloom piece

Im a designer and I saw one of these Bags in my clients closet and immediately fell in love. Decided to treat myself to an early birthday present and a few days later I had this beautiful bag. I’ve already had many compliments that it looks like a piece of art. I’m so happy

Excellent service and the estimated delivery date was accurate. I appreciated the neat packaging and the product itself was beautiful, though there was some noticeable discolouration at the seams of my brown weaved leather bag. That's the only reason for taking away a star. Overall, it was a good experience and I do plan to shop there again, especially if there's a sale! I will recommend Mirta to friends as well.

I ordered my Sara hand bag by Pelletteria Viviani on 7/19. It shipped 7/20 and was sitting on my doorstep in Hawaii on 7/21. I was shocked. Even Amazon has never gotten me a package that quickly. The electric blue color is just as beautiful in person. The inside of the bag matches the bamboo handle perfectly and I love those types of details. It is petite enough to give TBE yet roomy enough to fit everything you need plus some. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. Bellisima!
