Recently bought a bag from Mirta and I recall clearly it was June my purchase with them. I've got to know Mirta from a YouTube channel, a youtuber introducing these Italian Artisan handmade handbags which interest me. My experience with Mirta for the first time was wonderful. My purchase in June but the bag got caught up and delayed until August due to covid over in Italy and the production has stopped and resume so it took 2 months to reached Malaysia. Despite the long period, I was assured by Mirta's customer service team through emails and their response on the production and delivery status was always updated to me hence I appreciate their response and communications over the 2 months period... I must say I love their service and I will definitely recommend Mirta to everyone who loves artisanal handbags and their workmanship is excellent. Will definately have my next repeat purchase again with Mirta.

As much as I would like to give it 5 stars, I can't do it! It took almost 3 months before I received my order. If I had not made inquiries nobody wouldn't have gotten back to me about the "close down of the workshop due to covid cases". After taking that long the bag is still not up to par. Whoever runs the quality checks of the bag did not do a good job. The stitching on the handle is bad, loose, and poor! If you look at the side view I can see the thread shredding!

This is my first time purchasing bag from Mirta and I love it. It is a very well made handbag. I can't wait to use it immediately. The customer service is also superb. They are very helpful and keep me updated on the progress. Thank you very much Mirta. I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

My package arrived in a sturdy safe box. The two handbags I ordered had to be specially made and the team at Mirta kept me informed of progress. It was a painless process, the team are professional and efficient. I am very impressed. It was the first time I had used the company and I will let my friends know all about it. Mirta is a great platform for consumers all over the world to get access to Italian artisans.
Though, be prepared to wait a very long time. It's true that there is a suggestive time length for your unique piece to be crafted, but mine took almost 3 times longer due to COVID19.
I ordered a gift for my mom and thought it would arrive on time as I ordered it 2 months in advance, but it still didn't make it on time...
In the end, the product is of great quality and the communication with Mirta representatives was top notch, just not on time.

I received two of my orders recently and the bags are beautifully made. The quality is amazing and the package came in nicely The only con I have is the waiting period is very long. I had to wait for 2.5 months to get it all done and shipped out due to handmade. Otherwise, everything is perfect!
