Good service, but could be better.
The repair took a little longer than expected. Overall, the actual repair was good. There are a few flaws that I would like to see disappear, but I can't send in my phone again. I've been without it for two weeks already, so I'll just live with it. I probably would use them again if there is not a local repair shop that could perform the repair.
Repair on a repair
A phone charger port repaired about six months ago and something happened and it quit working. Mission repair did not even ask to be paid. We thought we would have to pay again But they just took care of it. Great company
Delayed mailing out of my order #171542.
I had ordered a product by email and my credit card details have been supplied in full on the order form . However after waiting for nearly two weeks without any signs of the package being received , I sent an email using the company's contact us form .
Much to my surprise and disappointment, I discovered that at your end ; your employee was waiting for me to send them the 3 digit security code while i was waiting for my order ; stating that he has to verify the credit card and was waiting for the code . Had I not written the email or made the inquiry ; would the company representative contacted me ? I just wonder and what would happen to my order ?
The company and its rep should take the initiative to contact me to ask me for the code - isnt that what would be normally done ; at least by other companies ?
Finally I could not locate my order as being on record when i log into my account .! How is that ?
Easy and Effective.
When our puggle stole the rubbery green cover from my wife's iPad mini, she cracked the glass by accident. Mission Repair was recommended by a local tech repair shop because they don't do screen repair anymore. We had a wonderful experience with them.
Staff is helpful if you call with questions and the site makes it very easy to track your order's progress. Our iPad mini came back in fine shape and all is well. Hopefully we'll never need Mission Repair again, but if we do then we know that we'll get the best help possible.
Pleasing corrective to a bad experience
I placed an order with a competitor, and am still trying to resolve the mess they made -- no communication, wrong product shipped -- and I am delighted with the prompt, professional way my order with you guys has been handled. I'll be back when the need arises.
Great IPod repair
Very good service. Kept me updated and called once with a question. Had my Ipod back in about two weeks.
best service I have ever had
I had searched everywhere for someone to repair my Samsung tablet and everyone said we couldn't get a lcd screen,but mission repair said that it was not a problem. There the only repair place that I will ever use
Great experience turning bad
Even though they were unable to repair my tablet they had great service. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was always informed. They attempted to fix it but could not get it to work. So even after working on it they said they would give me a full refund. I was extremely surprised by that and very happy. Well it has now been 7 weeks and still no refund..... My first email about it was answered but my second one was not. I just sent another email and I will just have to wait and see if they continue to disappoint.
Always outstanding service!
This is the 2nd time I have needed Mission Repair over the last 3 years. Not only was the technical service excellent, but the "customer service" management and follow-up were great!

Fast, friendly and courteous
What a great experience. I contacted the shop by phone, was told it would take an hour. I stopped in after work intending to hang out at local shops and while one tech typed in my order, the other gent installed my battery. They both finished about the same time and out the door I went. Totally awesome service. Fast friendly professional. I'll be back if I ever need it!
IPod Touch
The repair was done quickly and well. You kept me informed of progress and shipping details.
No communication
I paid for over night shipping so that I could have it back right away but it still took over a week. Also they never called me at all or emailed me. I had to call them just to even find out if they got it. I guess the work is good but terrible customer service.
iPad Mini Repair
I took my iPad mini to Mission Repair after I had accidentally sat on it. It was really broken. They were able to fix it up, good as new.
They had to order parts but they kept me up to date on the status and called me when the repair was complete.
I am very happy with the work that was done.

I sent my phone in and they got it back to quickly and had great customer service (i called and email quite a bit to check on the status of my phone)
Very good experience so far
I've had to use Mission Repair 3 times now. One time my ipod was not repairable and I decided to let them recycle it. I was told I would get a refund on the shipping back to me. I was like great ok. However, I didn't get the refund back. I called again and this time they processed it again so it did get resolved but I feel I shouldn't have needed to call back again. Other than this minor thing I would probably have given 5 stars.
Another return they were able to fix and send back. I was happy.

Excellent treatment
My stepson broke his tablet and Mission had it repaired and back in a week and a half. Excellent treatment start to finish.
Reliable, Speedy, and Affordable!!
With three kids at home who each have iPads and iPods, I have used Mission Repair multiple times. Each time my broken device comes back looking and functioning like new! I love the online ordering for repairs! Usually, I have my device back within a week (and that's just with normal mail). I recommend Mission Repair to all of my friends!
Iphone 5s charging port replacement
The overall ordering and shipping process was very good, although they no longer offer an option to purchase the shipping box and label, only a label now and you provide your own box. Not a big deal but a little more work to find a small box and packing material. The device repair on previous devices has been very good, but this time the repaired phone came back with the 2 screws missing in the bottom and the home button didnt work correctly. The charging port however did work well (which was what the repair was for). Luckily the phone was eligible to upgrade so i just upgraded to a 6+, vs contacting mission again. But the missing screws and sporidic working home button was a little concerning.
