It was easy to sign up, book an appt at a lab, and then go into the lab for the blood draw and urine test. I got my results back within a few days to a week. Very quick turnaround. Not sure if the cost is worth it but going through your PCP may be a hassle with insurance and them not seeing the necessity of the wide range of testing. I liked that I was able to use FSA to pay for it.

It’s so easy to schedule everything online, and the results came back quickly. I understood everything in the dashboard pretty well, but it was especially helpful speaking with the clinician and getting a roadmap for exactly what supplements I should take, etc. I also like that not as much blood is required to be taken, and it can be done in one trip to the lab.

Mito is great! I really like how easy they made it to take a ton of different tests and get a read on my overall health. They also gave me a guideline of how to correct the issues we found which I appreciated. Their CS team responds super quickly!

Used Ways2Well in the past but Mito has a much larger range on blood test markers. Also the practicioner who did my last virtual review was very disappointing. Everything went like clockwork with Mito, they do great follow up and the paractioner who did my virtual review was VG.

Overall I was pleased with Mito although it took longer than I originally thought it would.

I've tried all major players in the market thus far and Mito stands at the top for me, esp with their dedicated concierge and bot now implemented.

I also liked that you can add previous blood test results to compare with.
Lastly, I would say there is some helpful information and suggestions related to your results.

Good insights, but customer service was hard to reach.

Wonderful experience. More detailed labs than you can typically get with a primary care. The response from AI and then the follow up from an actual provider is just icing on the cake.

Mito health has been a seamless process. Scheduling labs was simple and the results and the portal are easy to navigate. I also like that they recommend supplements and add links to where to buy them. I have my first consultation with a provider tonight and I am excited to keep learning about my health.

Mito provided a very thorough look at my health markers. The results were clearly explained and the consultation helped me prioritize practical next steps for improving my cholesterol and overall health. Highly worth it.

Had a great experience... a little pricey but thankful for all the extra markers I received in comparison to what a doctor usually orders.

Easy to use, quick results (in an easy to read format). I have my zoom consult today and expect that to go well, too.
