The book turned out exactly as I wanted it to. Though there was a delay customer service was excellent to help resolve the issue.
This is the 2nd time I've used Mixam and have been satisfied with the product both times.

I had to make a few adjustements to my first order and Mixam once again provided a great service! Quality of the print is spectacular and the communication is incredibly fast and smooth. They reviewed my request for sending a replacement when one of my copies had a very visible strong bend on the back cover right when I opened it from the package.

I have paid $20 extra to receive the package 1-2 days sooner, instead I have received it 5 days later than I've been promised! The UPS mailing cost is that high or extra cost with no efficiency that I may try to find out about other comapanies offers! I hope there is no need to do this, but I was unhappy for this delay and paying double instead!!
