I don’t understand how the ONLY place to buy Baseball jerseys is behaving so badly.
I'm from the U.K. and purchased matching NY Yankee jerseys for my son and I. Delivery said it would be 3-5 days, which seemed normal, and I didn't hesitate to order.
I got the usual email confirmations, and the next day I received a dispatched email with a tracking number, so I was very happy at the time. Then nothing changed for over a week (package status still said dispatched). I've ordered products from America before and delays are usually to do with customs, so I decided to wait another week. At the end of the second week, I decided to call CS and waited for over 30 mins with no answer, so I sent an email enquiring about my order. 4 days passed with no reply.
I concluded the company was a scam and raised a chargeback with my bank to resolve the issue. 'Coincidently' I got a response to my email shortly after and MLB saying, 'we're looking into the issue' and they would give me a next day, they did not. A few days after they said the item had been lost and as the bank had taken the money back, I would need to reorder. STUPIDLY I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to reorder, and they took the payment 3 TIMES!
I had to wait 5 days for the money to be returned to me.

I paid $80 for a cheap zippered fleece jacket. Elastic drawstring broke after 10 uses. Past 30 day window no compensation at all. Their response: (2021-06-15T15:24:14.469Z) System: I am sorry for that inconvenience but that sounds like normal wear and tear and we would not be able to replace that for you I do apologize.

WARNING Quality of Cooperstown collection jerseys are not good . I've order 2 padres jerseys XXL and there more like XXX . To baggy , material is cheap and thin. Stitching is not good . The t-shirts are not that good either. my advice is it's better to go in person to buy a jersey that way you know exactly what your getting. I will never order from mlbshoo again. I wanted to cancel an order fulfilled by Fanatics right after the purchase. Unfortunately, I was not able to and was a bit frustrated with the MLB Shop customer service representative who originally handled my query since she didn't transfer me over to Fanatics who could've canceled the order before it was shipped out. However, the experience became better once I dealt with Tyler, a Fanatics customer service representative who was super helpful and responsive and helped me obtain shipping labels to return the items. I could not recommend dealing with Tyler more.

An item I had purchased had not arrived after waiting sometime. I decided to give the telephone a try and was directed to Tyler from Fan Services & Support. What an absolute hassle free, problem solving and caring call. Not only did he help me with solving my problem, he was caring and polite. He emailed when he said he would and I now have the item in-hand and in perfect shape. Thank you so much for an awesome experience. Will definitely be telling my everyone.

Awful company!!! Do not order from here it’s a scam basically. Each time you go on the website, the price of your item changes. You’ll be told the order is coming from your Country but it’s not. My order was dispatched the same day but the tracking number didn’t work, and you can’t get hold of customer service, my order never arrived, and they didn’t refund the full amount I paid.

Ordered a t-shirt 12 days ago, with 3-day shipping. Repeated lies about new arrival times. First it's a FEDEX shipment, then USPS, just making stuff up. They just take your money and disappear. If your kids are asking where their stuff is, tell them you've been a victim of fraud.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with customer service. I had a package that said delivered, yet I never received it. I go on their chat not to get help, and it connects me with someone, I give them my information, then they say “give us a moment to look into it” and then I never get a response, and when I chat back, it never goes through. I ordered 2 jerseys that cost over $200 and now it’s missing and they aren’t helping at all. I’m requesting my money back and reporting them.

Advertise free standard shipping, then make expedited shipping the default and charge you $10. Then their chat doesn't work and they have no email (obviously intentional). What a joke, will never order from this site again.

I ordered a t-shirt as a gift, it was never delivered. They charged shipping which they weren't supposed to do, 1/2 hour phone call to reimburse and a bad attitude on their part. Item was "lost" in shipping. I was never notified. Another long frustrating conversation they are reshipping the order. Compensation? 20% off next order. Not good enough. Free shipping and discounts are readily available. Horrible expierience!

I live in the uk and was worried about ordering from here due to the reviews however i went ahead and I bought a personalised jersey, it was a few days longer than expexted but arrived in perfect condition and just what i ordered. No complaints from me 5☆

We had ordered a New York Yankees Bat Case and received the wrong item. Tyler was fantastic in getting us the return label and the new tracking number. He always answered emails quickly and couldn't have been more gracious and helpful!
Scam company
Scam company. Never recieved my order! It says it has arrived. Don't use this scam company. Paid 173 euro for an original Cole jersey, but the company won't ship the order! I thought it was an honest business. Placed the order in the beginning of December. Still no reply or help. Help is a city in Russia. Sigh.
