I went down to there new facility to pick up parts. They were great to show me around and update me on their future plans for Mobile Dimensions. I really enjoyed my visit and learned a lot. Joanna always get back to me by email on all my question very promptly.

Very restricted hours for phone calls which made it difficult. She was good about the call back and left me messages which was helpful to know that they were aware that I needed assistance. Once contact was made, everything was great! Very helpful in finding what I needed for replacement parts. Very fast she had it boxed and shipped within a few hours of the order, which was exceptional! So glad that they are there to support my saw! It is over 20 years old!
