Save your money and order directly from the manufacturer
Save your money and order directly from the manufacturer. The order took 3 times as long to deliver than the website stated (over 3 months on a 4 week lead time order). Did not send any instructions for fitting the module to my car, and had to chase them for it. After providing the VIN to guarantee fitment, and the product stating plug and play, the instructions required me to splice into the chassis harness (I would not say that is plug and play). I sent the car to be installed by a professional workshop, and turns out the instructions were incorrect for my car, and required more than a week's worth of back and forth to finally get the right instructions, costing me money as the workshop was wasting labour pulling things apart, troubleshooting and contacting MODE directly. When I sent this feedback to MODE saying I wasn't happy this cost me extra money because of their mistake, they said it was my fault and the workshops fault for ‘not contacting them immediately’. Despite the fact that the workshop regularly deals with them and has their direct number. Save yourself the frustration and money and order the parts directly from the manufacturer. I thought going with a ‘reputable’ Australian brand would help, but it just cost me money, and got less than no customer service.

MOde Auto is a drop shipping site they don't have any stock so be prepared to wait weeks to get your item :(
So why is my order coming direct from US ? I paid for express shipping and ordered an item from you that your site says is in stock in Brisbane now its arriving next friday from the US - ????? Please explain - I assume you are a drop shipping site now and dont acually hold any stock... This was not mentioned on your website and is extremely frustrating when you list IN STOCK on your website and than ignore my emails and calls about local pickup. if I knew you did not have it in stock I would not have ordered . I will be contacting for shiiping refunds and explanation asap please be carefull people if you need anything that they have listed as IN STOCK . As this is a drop shipping website for sure and I now have to wait to see if my item even arrives - Use Paypal people for this reason.

Todd, we’re sorry the stock information led you to expect dispatch from Brisbane, and that your calls and emails about collection went unanswered.
MODE™ holds stock in our own warehouses and has formal agreements with brand suppliers to ship directly from their warehouses when local stock is unavailable. That distinction should have been clear before you ordered, particularly when you paid for express shipping.
We’ve since updated the website’s availability and dispatch information, including for the product you purchased, to distinguish MODE warehouse stock from supplier-held stock and display estimated dispatch windows that account for supplier transit times. We recognise this doesn’t change your experience, but it makes those details clearer before purchase.

Overall very happy with Mode Auto Concepts
I ordered a genuine BMW wireless charger for my 2014 650i. It took a little while to arrive and the Customer Information wasn't exactly forthcoming. But the item works well, it took me a total of about 15 minutes to de-install the old adapter and install the new adapter. It works perfectly. I would still recommend to purchase of Mode Auto as they do supply genuine OEM parts when required.

Our records show the return was initially raised in August 2025 and return arrangements were provided at that time, including prepaid return shipping. The return was not completed during that period.
When contact was made again in December 2025, the return process had already lapsed, and a previous pickup attempt had been made but was unsuccessful, resulting in additional courier costs incurred.
As a result, we were unable to proceed with a further return arrangement at that time.
We understand this is frustrating, however return timeframes and processes must be followed to ensure cases can be managed fairly and efficiently.
